“Good Deal”

Staff service was excellent. I asked for a good seafood restaurant location and they gave us directions to a local mall and we ended up eating at The Cheesecake Factory instead. The room had 2 bedrooms and other than the carpet being a little worn, the room was clean and beds were comfortable. The smell outside from a nearby factory wasn't the greatest, but we only went from our car and back. The breakfast was the usual fanfare for a free breakfast and help yourself. I would definitely stay again if I were in that area.

“Comfort Inn Woburn MA”

My room was clean and neat - but the Inn just needs a lot of upgrade - the towels were clean but tiny - the furniture and overall state of the rooms is weathered - it really needs to be repainted, repaired, and refurbished - the night I got there it was pouring raining but I had to park on the back side because all the spaces for normal parking were occupied by trucks that were taking up 4-5 spaces at a time because they parked across the spaces - I was soaked by the time I parked - I'll probably stay at the Marriott in Burlington the next time even though its twice the price - I know I'll have a parking space and the rooms won't be so beat up.

“Good hotel, rotten location.”

The hotel itself was fine, breakfasts good, and the staff were helpful and courteous, but without a car the hotel was a bit far out of town. There WAS a bus stop very nearby and the bus sped along the freeway, but it was never on time and there was an hour to wait if you missed one during the day. The only reason I ticked 'No' for recommending the hotel was the location.

Have stayed in other area hotels, but decided to try this hotel based on positive review recommendations. I was in Boston area for a long weekend and needed quiet place to sleep. Was concerned that building faced the freeway, but reviews did not mention traffic noise. Checked in, room was on the freeway side, and the traffic noise was constant. I immediately went back to the front desk and asked for a room on the other side. Was told no one ever complained before, no rooms were available, but could move next day. Next morning, after not much sleep, talked to a different, very helpful front desk person about moving and was immediately given a room (upgrade!) across the hall, one that was obviously available the night before. Other than that experience, everything else was completely satisfactory - room very clean and comfortable, refrigerator, very quiet on side away from freeway, good value. I would definitely stay there again, and highly recommend this hotel, as long as room was on the quiet side. Would not stay on freeway side unless traffic noise does not bother you.

“Convenient”

Clean, well-kept motel right off I-93. Found the laundry machines in the basement very useful. They had a nice fitness club next to the laundry room. Breakfast was fine as far as continental breakfasts go. Would use this motel again.

Hotel is clean and well maintained and is easy access to 93, giving acess to surrounding towns and Boston. Fast food and other resturants in walking distance .
