Excellent hotel for business travellers

Pros: For travellers without their own transport the courtesy bus means that you don't have to use expensive taxis, as the bus can take you.
Cons: Coffee machines in the rooms weren't all that great
The hotel was excellent - this was my 2nd visit, the staff are always helpful and friendly and hotel is up to date and well maintained with all the usual facilities provided.

Family trip to Boston

Pros: Clean! Nice pool.
Cons: The beds were too firm for my comfort.
Location: Boston. We spent a lot of time at the Aquarium, went on the super duck boats for a city tour and harbor tour. And Spent Sunday at the children's museu
Convenient access to both I93 and I95. We had rooms with a king bed, and each room had a pull out couch so sleeping 3 to a room was quite comfortable. Breakfast buffet at hotel was a bit pricey; hint, go to Bickford's Grille instead.

Horrible Stay @ Crown Plaza

While booking hotel will option for 2 bed in a standar room and they will charge for extra person . But when will go for chekin they will tell we r sorry we do not have 1 room 2bedand if u have booked through our website then we can think . Otherwise we don't care..staff are really not friendly. No one should saty ... Thanks Rajesh

Pros: The room was very clean and looked like it had been recently refurbished. Nice to have fridges that aren't stuffed with expensive junk food and drinks
Cons: Front desk seemed friendly but not terribly interested in customer satisfaction. See complimentary breakfast issue above.
We were told at check-in that there was complimentary breakfast, yay! So the next morning when we went to get our complimentary breakfast, we were told we needed a voucher. We went back to the check-in desk for the voucher, but it was different personnel, and they did not want to honor the promise of complimentary breakfast, so we were refused a voucher. What? We ended up just buying breakfast from the onsite restaurant because we were in a hurry, but it was expensive and I felt like a big old bait and switch happened. In hindsight that's pretty poor customer relations to wave around promises of complimentary breakfast and then not come thru. Really, Crowne Woburn? Other than that, That is all.

Best price for a night in greater Boston area

Our family just stopped overnight en route to Newfoundland from Minnesota. We didn't explore any of the area around the hotel but the hotel itself was very nice and so was the room. It seems recently renovated and for the price, it was the best bang for our buck we found! the hotel offers a full breakfast from the adjoining sports bar and resturant which is always nice when traveling!

Great & Comfortable Hotel

I like the hotel, comfortable rooms, great staff, the only problem is that there are no enough public transportation ( I was waiting half an hour to go to the airport and I had reservation with the taxi company made one day in advance) so if you choose this hotel rent a car.
