“Nice Stay”

The Fairfield Hotel Boston/Woburn is conveniently located off I-95, on an exit 0.75 miles from the intersection of I-95 and I-93, making it convenient to Boston and the surrounding areas. It is located across the road from the Woburn Mall. The hotel is clean and attractively decorated with comfortable bedding. Accommodations are basic but nice in keeping with the Fairfield label. Our room was on the I-95 side of the hotel, but the noise at night was minimal. Breakfast was the normal Fairfield fare, with commercially baked goods, cereal, microwavable breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, and fruit. When we were there, the hotel was close-to or at capacity with multiple bus tours. The size of the breakfast room is not large enough for the number of people accommodated in the hotel. Also, the sink was outside the bathroom door, making it difficult to get up in the morning without disturbing your companion. Overall, it was a good value for the price.

“Pretty Good Deal”

Great Hotel for Price. About 20 min outside of Boston. Great complimentary breakfast and great service from staff. Only problem was that elevator was out of service for a short while and there was no other option besides the stairs. Overall great hotel, with great service at a great price.

“Hotel accomodation good...breakfast average”

Comfortable beds..clean room ...breakfast no toast no hot eggs...coffee so so ..we had to go else where for breakfast...could be improved and a $5 more per room woul be acceptable for a good breakfast

“You really get what you pay for”

Although this is a a Marriott property but you are truly getting what you paid for. This hotel has the Expressway on the back and a a train track on one side, the hotel probably has received a lot of complaints so every room already had two sets of ear plugs.Personally I was on the other side of the track so it did not bother me much. Something to keep in mind while checking in. The buffet breakfast: If you like to sleep past 8:00 AM you better get your breakfast from a restaurant unless you are into jostling with crowds at that early hour. The breakfast is ample but the dining area is small inspite of the fact they have made a hotel room as an additional dining area. Pool: With Boston weather I would suggest you skip the small pool as I was there in a heat wave in August but the water was still cold and not a soul in the pool.
