"excellent, clean, comfortable rooms, in a slightly quirky environment - there's no doubt where you are with VW Beetle memorabilia everywhere - photos on the walls in the lobby, rooms etc. Easy walking distance from Autostadt which is what most people staying here will be going to visit, and there's a designer shopping centre nearby too with lots of restaurants and plenty of choice. Only minor issue was we arrive and parked our car in the underground car park, then walked to the hotel to find a 'closed' notice on it - but a message saying all bookings had been transferred to the InnHotel by Melia, next door (the garage is shared). Reception told is it was a holiday season, and not enough bookings to justify both hotels, so they shut one and just used the other. The review is therefore about a different hotel to the booking I made...! I'm sure both have similar facilities and functions though. "
