Beautiful hotel, manteinance forgotten

Location: Very good location, a lot of shops and restaurants around the hotel area
The hotel look very nice, and have a beautiful decoration in the lobby and rooms. The manteinance of the rooms is really bad (Hangers falling, lamps broken, unused bulbs around the room,....). The cleanliness of the room is also bad, even a roach in the bathroom. Breakfast is fine but breakfast staff is tough. Lobby staff is very helpful and friendly.

Modern Hotel close to everything

Pros: Hotel is modern and newly remodeled and staff was extremely courteous and helpful.
Cons: Smell in rooms and bathroom privacy.
Location: Close to lots of restaurants, stores and highway. With close proximity to airports and city.
The hotel is recently remodeled, I would guess, and modern looking. The hotel room had a stale odor to it. Maybe must and/or teenage boy smell. Rooms were very neat and clean. Toilet was separated from shower area but even still, with a sliding door, there was not much privacy when going to the bathroom. Breakfast was great. Hotel staff was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. This hotel is in the middle of a shopping area and was initially kind of hard to find because it is tucked back behind businesses and stores. It is near a Starbucks and Target, both which came in handy. Also close to the highway with easy access to airports and DC.

Pros: Rooms, hot breakfast
Location: Stayed here while traveling to DC
Very friendly staff, clean rooms wonderful stay. Centrally located around many great restaurants and places to go. Easy to find, easy to get around the area

Nice hotel, but no onsite restaurant.

Pros: Friendly staff, great breakfast, nice exercise room, clean room.
Cons: Our bed squeaked.
Location: Very convenient to highway.
After a long drive from SC it would be nice to have a restaurant closer to the property. Friendly staff and great free breakfast. Noisy if your room faces the highway.

ROMANTIC ESCAPE CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!!!

Pros: EVERYTHING FROM THE RELAXING COLORS TO THE RELAXING COMFORT!!!

Location: LOCATION WAS PERFECT AND IT WAS NEAR RESTAURANTS, SHOPPING AND CLOSE TO NEARBY CITIES!!!
MY FIRST TIME VISITING WOODBRIDGE,VA AND EVER STAYING @A SPRINGHILL SUITES HOTEL!! I LOVED THE HOTEL,STAFF AND MOST OF ALL IT WAS AS IF WE WERE IN A SECLUDED AREA IN THE HEART OF TOWN!!! I TRULY ENJOYED MY WEEKEND!!!

Modern in appearance-lacking in comfort

The pool is very small which was a huge disappointment since we were traveling with children. The beds were hard and the pillows were small and uncomfortable. The room was clean. The continental breakfast was not impressive by any means..rude employee was wiping the counters all around the food with a dirty rag...made us lose our appetite and ate out on the second morning of our stay..probably will not be back

Was worried when I first checked in and saw that room was right by elevator but no worries it was so quiet in our room we enjoyed the night.love that you have to have a hotel key card to use elevators
