“Good Hotel”

“extremly over priced for the quality and location. the worst hampton so far.”

this facility is over priced compared to other hamptons. rooms are small,bthrooms are small, lobby is poorly furnished. rooms are uncomfortabe and poorly furnished,poorly arranged. compared to hampton hurst( dallas tx) night&day. the name of the hotel is misleading, it is below standard for the price.

“lumpy bedspread”

Everything about the hotel was quite fine, except....the bed cover was a polyfill comforter that had been washed frequently. All of the fill had settled into softball sized lumps in the corners (every 18 inches or so) of the quilting. When I went to the desk to ask for another comforter they said all of their comforters were like that. They gave us blankets to use-with the batting in lumps the rest of the quilt was just two sheets laid together. Other than this the room was clean and attractive and the service people I saw were very friendly.

“Sold on Hampton”

Great place to stay at this price. Will be back soon. Was planning on moving on but enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to go back for a second night stay. Their staff was superb, Hampton is blessed to have them as employees.

“Simply a bed for the night”

No complaints other than the heat was blasting when I walked into the room and I like a cool environment when sleeping. Considering there was about 8 inches of snow on the ground at the time of my visit, I would have expected it to be a bit cooler in the room. Nonetheless, I spent the whole night trying to get the heat adjusted to a comfortable level. The rooms really need thermostats instead of the units sitting right up against the windows. Staff was more than pleasant which is important to me. I would stay there again.

“Up and beyond the call of duty”

We stay at Hamptons frequently so the excellent service was no surprise. It was the help we received with a flat tire the first morning of our visit that impressed me. Not only did they notify us that our tire was flat, they used an air pump to pump the tire enough so that I could get the car to the tire dealer next door to get the tire fixed. By notifying us of the tire problem early enough, I was able to get the tire fixed in time to make a bridal shower for my future daughter in law that morning. Most hotels are service conscious these days, but its up and beyond the call of duty service like this that makes all the difference!

“Perfect for what we were looking for!”

We found the Hampton Inn to be exactly what we needed for this trip. It's not super fancy but we really didn't expect it to be for the price. It was clean and comfortable. The bed was good with wonderful linens! I can't comment on the breakfast because we didn't eat there. We were meeting friends for breakfast everyday while visiting. Great location, very easy access to the freeways. We will stay there again.

“excellent stay”

Everything was top notch, from staff, to condition of room, to the continental breakfast. I would definatley stay here again.
