“Hotel was great - Expedia not so much.”

Had no trouble with the hotel. It was exactly as indicated, with handicapped accessible room, etc. Located in the center of where I needed to go. Just don't recommend booking through Expedia on the chance that your plans change - kiss your money good-bye.

“Pleasantly Surprised”

Stayed 3 nights and must say that I did not find anything negative about this hotel. Everything was clean and quiet. Could not even hear the Karioki bar. I also had the pool and sauna to myself, which was also clean. I would recommend that the restaurant offer fruit with breakfast. We also plan on staying there again when we visit.

I often don't sleep well in hotels, due to bad pillows or too much fan blowing on me, or too much light showing through the windows, or too much noise in the halls. I slept very well here -- the staff were just right, not too extra friendly or formal, but just right in every way. The room was clean and comfortable. I was very pleased. I could adjust the heat in the room and the system was in a location that did not blow the air over the bed. Thanks to all the staff. Whatever they are doing works well for me.

“A delightful 2 night stay”

Extremely quiet during the evening and night time hours. Front desk person helpful and friendly. The BIG negative regarding the Best Western is the entrance road off West Rd----potholes and desperately in need of replacement. We ate two breakfasts in the dining room---both meals were large portions and very tasty.--The waitress was very efficient.

“Best Western”

The service staff was very pleasant. The room was clean and tidy. The hallways were clear and not cluttered. The restaurant however was a different story. The service was good but the food was not hot. The waitress was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, I would go back and even give the restaurant another chance.

Nice place, food in restaurant is very good and very reasonable, pool area big and kids had a great time.

“Woodhaven hotel”

Our room was exactly as reserved and ready upon arrival. The only disappointment was that our room was next to the employee break room and across from the hotel laundry. Trying to sleep in was impossible. Other than that, all else was excellent.

“Good value and clean”

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a weekend. They were accommodating to our needs. I would stay there again.
