Convenient location, friendly & helpful staff, comfortable accommodations.

“Low price for a good room.”

The owners are a family and are friendly and helpful. I changed my reservation after I got there and used the internet computer in the lobby. When I asked for extra bath towels and pool towels, I was greated with a smile and quickly received the towels. This is a low cost motel but the two rooms were clean, the beds fine, and free wireless and cable TV with HBO in all rooms. The location was a couple of blocks form downtown Woodland and very convenient. I can definitely recommend this motel.

“Surprisingly comfortable”

This was a great place to stay if you're on an extremely tight budget. The room was very clean and I liked the layout. There were firm pillows available, which is necessary for those of us who snore all night. The hotel service was also very friendly. I accidentally left my cell phone in the room, and the cleaning lady quickly ran out with it before my boyfriend and I drove away. I would probably go back there again if I were to stay in the area.

“Friendly and funny front desk staff”

I needed a reasonable place to stay for business travel. This is conveniently located, clean, and quiet. The managers/front desk were not only friendly and accommodating but with a sense of humor-actually the reason I decided to leave feedback. I would stay again.

“Great stay, but?”

The hotel was a good value property. Only complaint was they were inflexible on the check out time and the other party with us was leaving later in the day and was not given a late check out?

Clean, generally wel kept. This is in a light industrial area.

“The Best for the Price”

Centrally located, but there is no Fresh Mex in the parking lot. McDonalds and Carls are across the street. Only hotel/motel in Woodland that still allows smoking.

“Woodland - I-5 hotel”

After a long drive it was a welcoming place to spend the night. Fast food within walking distance.

“Very satisfied”

Didn't expect too much when I drove up. This is an older style building, but very well maintained. The room was very clean. Bathroom seemed up-dated.

“Underwhelmed”

We were very unhappy with the tv... we are Canadian, and come to the states every year for Thanksgiving, and our tradition is to watch the Parade and Football.. and you didn't even have one of the basic cable channels that the football game was on! Plus the t.v. kept going down, so we had to call to the front desk to have the cable reset. The pillows were too small... and one of the mornings for breakfast, there were no eggs, or anything to put on toast... when I asked at the front desk, they said they didn't put it out because they didn't know where it was. The fact that the pool wasn't heated was a huge disappointment... this was one of the main reasons we choose this hotel. We did like the size of the room, but because of the channels and the pool, will be staying at a hotel nearby that is more reliable, like the La Quinta.
