This B&B was perfect for us, a family of three looking for adventure. The view alone was spectacular & soothed the evening in the private hot tub. Our breakfast was homemade and delicious.

True paradisePosted May 27, 2014 on Hotels.com
We have traveled all over the USA, and stayed at many B&B. it was a pleasant surprise to find this hidden treasure in our own backyard. VERY clean, outstanding views and gourmet food. We spent the night huddled in the room watching a magnificent storm roll across Pikes Peak, views I will never soon forget.

We can not say enough positive about our stay at this B&B. The view, service, hospitality, and everything else far exceeded all of our expectations. Will recommend highly to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying again.

Amazing!Posted Aug 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
This was a great experience! This was our first B&B stay, and WOW...was it awesome! Ron is a great host, he was very accommodating. The views are breathtaking...you look out at Pikes Peak all day! We woke up one morning to a 10-point Mule Deer eating wild flowers next to our private deck! The drive up to the location was a breeze. We ran into Woodland Park for a good dinner two times and the Springs for site seeing with ease. Overall, a must stay if you arein the area with the time. We will never forget it!

Nice but a bit out of the wayPosted Jun 9, 2013
Pros: Nice view
Cons: Building seems to be aging in some areas
Location: a bit ouf of the way from everything else, but close enough to Pikes Peak Cog Railway (25min)
Beautiful view from the window of our room, nice to have a hot tub, good privacy and friendly environment

not a hotelPosted Jun 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
This is a bed and breakfast not a hotel. The location was hard to find, the road leading up a little rough. Chose not to drive up after dark.

Special Setting for Any Occasion -- Or None At AllPosted Aug 3, 2012
Although we experienced some very minor maintenance and comfort issues, they were completely overridden by the beauty of this bed and breakfast, both inside and out. The food was wonderful, and Ron made us feel extremely welcome and completely pampered. Sitting on the porch and gazing at the view, the wildlife, and the ever-changing sky connected us to the incomparable essence of Colorado. Our stay was physically and mentally restorative, and this is a get-away I recommend to couples and singles alike . We suggest a 4-wheel-drive for the easiest access year-round -- but still, we made it in our little Saturn Ion without any lasting trauma. And while you're there, plan a meal at the Swiss Chalet in Woodland Park, with the best service we've encountered anywhere in the world for the last many years.
