Everything was adequate. Staff was very nice. There was a big storm and there was water in my room, but I didn't notice it until the morning I left and was in a hurry.

Pros: cost and breakfast.
Cons: The plumbing did not work well in our room. Both the sink and the bathtub had very slow drains. Toilet had to be flushed a couple times to work.
Location: Located near everything we needed.
Hotel was decent. Chair in room badly needed to be reupholstered. There were sticky marks on nightstand.

Good inexpensive hotel

Posted Jun 3, 2014
This was a nice hotel I was only in the room long enough to sleep but if I were to have spent any amount of time in the room it would have been quite small. What I needed the room for it was fantastic they also had breakfast which was a nice surprise.

What Is Expected

Posted Jun 2, 2014
It was what we expected from a Super 8. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. Not a glamorous place but not bad for the cost.

Filthy damp carpet.

Posted May 26, 2014
Carpet in room 111 was damp and so filthy that my feet made the water turn gray when I first stepped into the shower. Yuck! This indicates management's shoddy standards of cleanliness. If you wipe a white towel on the carpet it turns grungy gray. Disgusting!

This is not a $300/night Marriott.

Pros: Good location, easy access, quiet and clean room, friendly staff.
Cons: I thought it was odd that the third floor was the Non-Smoking floor, but I guess the smokers can't walk up 2 flights of stairs.
This is a comfortable bed, hot water in the shower, Refrigerator and Microwave in the room, great place to crash for the night. I slept very well. Some of the amenities are not the newest, but are certainly adequate. I would stay there again. The gentleman checking us in, Adam I think, was very friendly and helpful.

Room was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. The free breakfast was an added bonus for the price.

Worst nightmare scenario hotel.

Posted Apr 16, 2014
Pros: Leaving the parking lot
Woke up at 2 am to the feeling of a crawling bug aound my neck, I grabbed at it and held it between my fingers. I thought it may have been a peice of fuzz, but after turning on my light to further Inspect discovered it was a giant bed bug! Disgusged, I brought it to the front desk. The staff member acting as if it had come from me came to my room to further inspect, all the while never apologizing or acting disgusted. He looked through the sheets with a flashlight, then as if he had done it a thousand times grabbed at the bed board lifting it upward then off. He inspected theback side of it, and said see nothing. I grabbed his flashlight from him and said no, look right there, pointing out one hiding in a crack, then another. He told me thats not a bed bug, then I said yes it is, then he looked closer and saw that it was. I was out of my skin grossed out and just wanted my money back and was about ready to sleep in my car. He never once apologized, nor acted like it was nothing more than a daily expierence at super 8 woodstock. He refused to refund me, and was getting angry with me for trying, he kept sayingi would have to wait until 9 am when his boss came to discuss it with him. I could not believe that he wasn't refunding me right then, and sending me to the local hilton for free. I slept the remaining 3 hrs until 6am on a small chair in the corner then packet up to leave. The man again refused to refund me, and was angry with my persistant attitude.
