Close, easy parking. Front desk attendees were pleasant & efficient. The staff at the restaurant bar/restaurant left something to be desired. The bar staff was not attentive at all & almost seemed annoyed, even when the bar was empty. Otherwise, the place was clean & well kept.

It’s so clean. I rarely feel comfortable in a hotel but I always feel like I’m at home here. The staff is so nice and accommodating.

We loved the staff: absolutely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and polite. But our room had one tiny window and some drapes and weird cupboard doors that opened to blank walls. Just weird

Very clean, great check in and out. Large room, well appointed. The cleaning crew was good but a bit loud for an early Sunday morning. I found the bed a bit hard but my spouse thought it was quite comfortable. We would stay here again.,

Rooms are spacious, cozy and well decorated, Bathroom is spectacular. Adequate heat provided in the room. I've been there two times and I'll always go to Beechwood anytime I'm in the neighborhood. I'll rank Beechwwod Hotel Seven Star

Hotel is beautiful. My room had a gas fireplace in it, such a nice touch. Nicely appointedvroom, updated for sure. Coffeemaker in the room, too. It was really quiet, clean and perfect for my trip. Location was great, too. Friendly staff and easy check-in and check-out. Would definitely stay here again.

This is more than I usually pay for a hotel they are trying to achieve a boutique type property but other than the price not happening. Rooms are very small, even the bottled water in the room is charged for . Booking app says complimentary breakfast staff says no complimentary breakfast, and good luck finding any one in the dining area who can clarify. Bartender doesn't know how to run a tab. Ugh. Just not impressed.

I'm definitely not impressed by the hotel in general. I booked a junior suite for 3 nights. It had a rock hard bed, Luke warm dribble of a shower. A legit mini fridge, no microwave, cheap single use coffee machine. The air conditioning did not work. On top of everything else, the water was shut off for 2 hours for construction on another floor. On a New Years Eve weekend. The front desk was friendly, but that's about all the hotel had to offer

Perfect Place to Gather in Lovely Fireplace Suite
I hosted my sisters in the suite. It was lovely with a fireplace , a seating area , secure elevator, and very quiet too. What a great location.

Lovely hotel! Big rooms, bright and well furnished. Food at catered dinner and then breakfast next morning all delicious. Food and Bar staff wonderful. Would stay again…highly recommend.

Nice looking hotel. Staff was nice both at front desk and restaurant. Our room was big and overall pretty clean but the tv was in a weird location - not facing the bed or the sitting area and it was tiny. The bed was very uncomfortable, the heating was loud, and the room was dark even with all the lights. We did eat at their restaurant our first night. The service was very slow - took a little over two hours. There was a big party with 18 people in a separate room but they didn’t close the doors and it was loud/distracting. The food was good but left hungry with how long it took and the portions were on the smaller side. Overall it was alright but wouldn't go back.

It was a clean and pleasant place to stay. The junior suite was spacious. Unfortunately, we tried breakfast at the adjoining Sonoma and after waiting half an hour for a waitress to come over, we walked out. I saw another table do the same.
