The rooms were not updated and in disrepair. They could not provide extra wash cloths when requested. The elevator was not working properly and was shut down the 2nd day of our stay. The garbages were overflowing inside and outside.

Only stayed a night. Kids enjoyed the heated pool. Although felt too hot if you were not in the pool. Breakfast was awesome.

Overall the hotel was a great value, with clean rooms & nice breakfast buffet. The only thing missing at the buffet was fruit - there was no hand-held fruit or cut-up fruit. Lastly, the pool water was cold on the 2 nights that we stayed there. Apparently, they were having issues with the furnace.

Property was clean, rooms were okay,though, not as large as other Fairfield Inns. Our family lives in the area, it was convenient for us. We will stay there on future visits if there is a suite available

They’ve tried hard to update an older hotel but… ever heard that expression “lipstick on a pig”? 😊. But positives were the oatmeal bar at breakfast and good staff/service.

There were so many issues, most of them caused by a sold out hotel that was understaffed, due to an unexpected storm and lots of local power outages. My most significant concern was that the "accessible" room we specifically requested and were given was not truly accessible. No walk in shower or shower chair, tub with very high sides, no hand held shower and no hand grips by the toilet. The room did seem to be fully accessible for the hearing impaired and it was on the first floor. Even though there were a number of issues, we might be willing to try it again if the accessible rooms were truly accessible for those with mobility issues. Staff was responsive to the issues.

Stayed for an emergency and this accomodation served the purpose. Room was clean, had clean water and a flushing toilet (which I did not have at home that day, hence the last minute booking). But the pool was closed, laundry room out of order, and we could hear the tv in the next room all night. Upon arrival at well past the check in time, the room was not yet ready. Staff appeared flustered, they must have had a difficult day - but were pleasant and offered free snacks. Overall, this hotel is fine, but less nice than other nearby options especially when advertised amenities are unavailable.

Understaffed, neglected. Plunged my own toilet!!
We were a group of moms travelling with our14yo girls for a soccer tournament. One room the sink was clogged/wouldn't drain. Same for the tubs (standing ankle deep in water by then end of shower), which were dirty. No real bath mat to speak of in ANY of our rooms. Our toilet backed up. The front desk person came to our door and handed me a plunger and trash bag and hoped it would "go well"???? As far as we could tell there was a front desk clerk as the only staff at the entire hotel. At one point the front desk had no one there for 30+ minutes. There were 5 of us (40 yo soccer moms) in the lobby having a bite to eat/glass of wine. The phone was ringing unanswered constantly. We watched as a man and his son arrived around 8:15 and waited more than 25 minutes before some appeared to check them in (they had a to go meal with them that they started and finished while waiting). We were told they lobby closed at 9:00 because a woman who had the room above the lobby did not like the noise. Not sure how thin the walls are (we could hear all around us on the third floor) but the there was a group of three gentlemen and our party of 5 women in the room. That was it. This morning ended with a fire alarm that was triggered when the staff lit candles for a birthday cake for someone on the staff, prompting the hotel to be evacuated and fire department to come. All in all it was a "you can't make this up" stay. Will never, ever go back and would not recommend.

A good place to stay
A good place to stay. Easy access, comfortable beds and a great breakfast. Only down side was no bathroom fan and the phone in our room was non-functional (but we had a cell phone and could call the front desk with questions).

The staff was lovely, but our room was pretty rundown. Mold, unpainted spackle, and a old, discolored toilet in the bathroom, and banged up furniture throughout the hotel. Thin walls, too.

Promising but fell short
Stayed for 3 days to attend a wedding. The room was clean, but at check in on Friday I was told housekeeping would clean the room on Sunday. That did not happen and since I was out all day Sunday and didnt return until late that night, it was a disappointment to see it was not done. The free breakfast given as complimentary to booking in Marriott hotels was a disappointment because there was never enough food supplies to meet the number of people checked into the hotel. If you didnt make it to breakfast by 7 am dont look for anything besides a waffle at 9. No decent fruit, juices empty, no breakfast meat left and maybe some scrambled eggs looking not too desirable. Whatever happened to free coffee 24/7 in the lobby?? Did it cost that much to discontinue it, but hotel rates have increased dramatically.

Clean large room divided into a lounge area and bedroom area, two TVs in room. Comfortable bed, good shower, lots of conveniences. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good selection for the included breakfast. Hotel was very quiet the night of our stay. Parking was free, unlike the hotel next door.

Very clean hotel but some things could be improved
Room and hotel was very clean. The room's lighting was good in the bathroom, but the living area was not it was quite dreary if I am being honest. I had very little interaction with the staff, but when I checked in they did not disclosure there would be an additional charge on my card for "incidentals" when I had paid fully in advance through hotels.com. It's very poor customer service not say "just so you are aware we will be placing a hold on your credit card for..."

Room smelled bad and rude manager
Our room smelled like the drain when we entered the room. I went to the front desk to complain and they gave me a can of Lysol to spray in my room. To be honest, that did help because now the room smelled like Lysol and the drain. Later, I found out the smell was coming from the AC unit, which was absolutely filthy. The ceilings had cracks in it and bathroom had dated fixtures. While checking out, we were 15 mins late and we got an earful from the manager. She said she had the cleaning crew all lined up to clean our room and we were late. The reason why I didn't give it the worst rating is because the breakfast was good. At least everyone had a nice breakfast in the morning. It was a hot breakfast with eggs and a waffle maker. The coffee was good too.
