We reserved this property last minute and the staff were very helpful and nice. We arrived late and they accommodated us quickly. It was clean and the breakfast was delicious.

We enjoyed our stay very much! we stayed with our young kids in a double queen suite. It was really lovely! Nick, who was working at the Front Desk when we checked in, was very kind and helpful. We were a little disappointed when we heard there was no pool. A large part of booking at this location was so the kids could go in the pool. However, he pointed out that it was mentioned on their website. I booked through Expedia and it was not written on their site that there was no longer a pool. But regardless we all had a nice stay. Our room was VERY clean and we enjoyed the options at breakfast! Thank you for a very nice stay.

The property served the purpose for my stay, I had a business dinner near by and a meeting the following day so after a long day of being on the road, check in took less then 3 minutes , the room was clean and fresh, I was able to sleep comfortably, beds are comfy, sheets were clean and smelled freshly laundered . Most of all the staff was pleasent and efficiently. Just how I like it!

Comfy beds, restful sleep.
I booked a handicapped accessible room mainly for an accessible bathroom. As an older person with balance issues I need grab bars in the bathroom for safety. The room was accessible I think for hearing impaired not for mobility impaired. There were no grab bars by the toilet and in the shower only one grab bar that was positioned at the back corner rendering it useless. The sliding shower door did not latch causing it to slide open throughout my shower. I would close it it would slide open. This caused a minor flood on the bathroom floor so getting out was dangerous and again there wasn’t a grab bar for exiting the shower. Whoever the architect/engineer was who designed the shower needs to go back to the classroom to learn about ADA accessible design. Ridiculous. On the plus side the shower had excewater pressure and plenty of hot water. The beds were comfy, the room extremely quiet, on the first floor near a door that led to my car which was very convenient.

The AC unit in the room makes it difficult to have a proper nights sleep. Its very noisy when it turns on and is like an alarm clock jolting you out if a deep sleep. Otherwise, the room is very clean and comfortable.
