Nice hotel, thin walls.

Pros: Clean, nice sized rooms, updated, and decent breakfast.
Cons: Walls are way too thin. Can hear everything.
The hotel was fine and the staff was friendly. The walls were extremely thin and the room next to me had an occupant who was coughing all night long. The hotel provided ear plugs on the night stand, which was a first for me at a hotel. I quickly understood why, as the walls are extremely thin. You can hear everything! The ear plugs did not do much help, and I ended up with a sleepless couple of nights. That is really the only complaint I have though. The rooms are nice and clean, and the staff was friendly.

Weird room layout

Pros: Location close to our event. Parking was good. Staff was very friendly.
Cons: Communication.
Location: Great Italian restaurant Called Linquini's across the street.
The room was large and the bed very comfortable. Large bathroom with no place to put toiletries at all and no place to hang towels ( a few wall hooks would have been easy to put in and plenty of wall space to do it). Couldn't seem to adjust cooling/heating. at the 70 degree setting it was freezing and at 71 deg. Setting the heat came on and it got too hot - weird.

Convenient hotel for my work.

Pros: Clean and close to my work

I was not so happy upon arriving late on a Sunday evening coming from the west coast and finding out all local restaurants were closed. Then I had to wait about 15 minutes to check in due to some people ahead of me were really giving the front desk person a run for his money. Then when I went to shower in the morning there was double body lotion and no shampoo so I was forced to wash my hair with soap. Once that was done the entire rest of my stay was outstanding, I even filled out a card when I caught the person assigned my room doing something great!! Thanks Hampton Inn you almost never disappoint!

Nice hotel, close to Interstate. Very accomodating with late check-in. Very good hot breakfast with several choices, including eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, and oatmeal, as well as a waffle station. Not very impressed finding hair in the bathtub when we entered the room, but otherwise it was reasonably clean. Beds were very comfortable.

Comfortable and Quiet Hotel

The staff was professional and courteous from the moment we checked in to the time we left. The beds are really comfortable. They even give you two types of pillows so that you can use the one you like. I stayed here a year ago and since that time they really stepped up their continental breakfast game. The decor and details around the hotel really make it a nice stay as well.

Never again!

I was shocked to see the condition of the room we were given after seeing the many higher reviews of this hotel, we booked a King size room with two beds since there were three of us but since we arrived later in the evening than the 3pm check in time apparently there were none available. We opted for a rollaway bed since I assumed it would be a twin size bed as I had always experienced in other hotels but this was not the case. It was a horrible dank and dingy three inch thick cot that smelled like old moth balls and was anything but comfortable or even clean. The sheets were on it already and it was covered in a plastic bag for storage, I was horrified! There were no blankets or pillows with it, we discovered an extra thin blanket in the built in closet structure which was anything but warm and the heat in the room was not working so it was freezing all night. If I was not working an event all weekend and already expecting to get about 4 hrs sleep before returning to that same event to work an extra long day the following morning, I would have complained & probably tried to find another hotel to book immediately. But after already working 16 hrs that day I was exhausted and just sucked it up. Needless to say I will not return to this hotel in the future. Beware of reviews posted online as they are not always indicative of the room you may receive when booking.

We were visiting schools in the area, and stayed for one night. Everything was terrific -- the room was lovely, the pool and gym much-needed and appreciated, the staff welcoming and friendly. The only downside, and not a problem since we were headed to a tour where breakfast was provided -- was that the hotel breakfast was a bit on the generic and processed side. However, everything else about the stay was perfect. We'd definitely stay there again.
