The room was very comfortable and clean. The dining options were great! My only dislike was we couldn't really use the pool

Friendly and helpful staff, super clean throughout, comfortable room with a window that opens, which is a big plus as many hotels do not have this option.

Nice, clean, well appointed room with plenty of space. Stayed 3 nights. Didn’t get to use the pool, hot tub or workout room, but they looked very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was good, but no whole milk products was a disappointment.

We had a unique situation in that we were there for a soccer tournament and they were so accommodating in that they allowed a late check out so my son could rest in between games and we didn't have to hang out in our car all day. Very thankful for that and the rooms and amenities (pool/hot tub/fitness center were clean and tidy. Excellent value for the money as well.

Good but could be better
The hotel staff was very friendly and nice, we didn’t have any issues with our next door neighbors. Very quiet, breakfast was very good and different every morning. Room was some how clean, but we found a pair of socks 😖 from someone else under our ac/heat unit.

Always a great stay
When me and my kids need a small getaway we come here. The pool and hot tub are always great! The staff are always kind and accommodating. I have never had a bad experience here!

Great price and wonderful breakfast
Nicely price and locations. Extremely quiet for highway and outside noise though somewhat thin wall between room. Plenty of parking all Around the building with many door for access key. The complementary breakfast spread is great and plenty of option for family. It is a bit outdated but very clean carpet and bedding is comfortable. Would stay again at the good price range.

I had a room on the bottom floor and Saturday night the room above me kept pounding on the floor sounded like hers of cattle. I called front desk and he said it’s onlf 9:45 and quiet time starts at 10 p Well then after 10 for at least 2 more hours the Hurd were add it again so I called the front desk again and told him a about it and he will go investigate so :0 minutes went by and the Hurd were still at it so I took it into my own hands and called the Hurd room myself and lady answered and I told her and she’s like okay I will let them know. Well it continued to after twelve and I had to turn the air conditioning on to block the noise. This morning at 7 am I was again woken up by the Hur

I was not at all impressed with this hotel. Housekeeping did not come to our room 2/5 nights we were there and when requesting clean towels was given attitude vs apology for inconvenience. Standard room for 2 adults was a full size bed. When I asked for at least a queen I was refused. No explanation why. Will never stay at a Holiday Inn again!!
