“So impressed!”

The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable! They were flexible with check-in/check-out, room arrangements, and answered all of our questions. They are so friendly and thoughtful, and made our stay truly enjoyable.

“A nice stay in Worcester!”

Our stay in Worcester was great! The woman who greeted us at the front desk was delightful and very helpful with directions to our room. The property was generally well kept and our room was very spacious. We had a nice, quiet evening; no noise from neighbors although there appeared to be many other residents in the hotel that night.

“Very comfortable”

We had to stay in the hotel because of the power outage from the October snow storm. When we were arrived we were pleasantly surprised at the room size and it was perfect since we had to stay for a few days. We had a full refrigerator, stove, microwave so we were able to cook meals.

“Quality Inn was fine for the overnight...”

The room was fine, the hotel was adequate. The internet access was not wireless but the desk had network cables available at no charge. The only negative comment I have would be that if you promise a "No Smoking Room", then please make sure that it does not smell like an ashtray!

“Not impressed”

There was no way we could control the temperature. People were nice. Okay for a one night visit.

“Satisfied with service”

Despite the fact that I had to travel a considerable distance in order to arrive at the hotel, upon arrival I found the hotel, room, and overall service very acceptable and would reccomend this hotel to anyone.

“A decent stay”

The building is not fancy but the inside is nice and clean. I like that the bedspread is not the usual one you see in most hotels, this one looks like they wash because it's made of lighter material.HT eonly thing that I don't like was that I know that there was a dog or cat that stayed previously in that room (there'a certain smell). The hotel should have a pet-free rooms like non-smoking rooms, otherwise I'll stay in the hotel again. It's close to a lot of stores.

“Okay, nothing amazing”

Location was fine. Restaurants and stores nearby. Bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked. Had to use the stairs to get to the second floor.

“Good room for conference goers!”

The hotel was well situated relative to WPI where I was attending a conference and the room was quite satisfactory. Breakfast came with the room and was well prepared!
