mariginally accessible.Posted Aug 21, 2014
Bathing was a tub not a wheel-in shower. Door into the room was too heavy for a person in a wheelchair to manage alone. Bath Towels were probably too high for a person in a wheel chair to reach, hand towels were probably reachable. No option for tea, only caffinated or decaffinated coffee.

Hotel staff was unorganized and unprofessional. The place is run down when you walk in and walk upstairs to your room.

"Pet Friendly" hotel with dog barking all nightPosted Jun 2, 2014
Pros: The bed was comfortable and the shower was good.
I was disappointed that a hotel guest's dog barked continually all night. I called the front desk and asked for someone to remedy the situation. It stopped for a time, but I woke up to a dog barking the next morning.

Pretty NicePosted Jun 2, 2014
Pros: Breakfast food. And good bed.
Cons: Need fixed elevator.
The hotel itself was nice. Good breakfast food. Didn't like the crowd of people around. Little rowdy.

Better than expected.Posted May 25, 2014
Cons: Quieter AC/Heater.
Location: Shops and restaurants ... and Lake Quinsigamond -- my reason for being there.
Very convenient location for a rowing regatta I attended, plus lots of shops and restaurants in the immediate area. Staff was very flexible about extending my late check-out time. Downside: bed and pillows too soft for my preference, and the breakfast waitress had a hard time keeping up with Saturday morning breakfasters ... probably not her fault as everyone seemed to arrive at once.

Good stayPosted Apr 25, 2014 on Hotels.com
Good stay for a good price. Served its purpose and I would stay again. Staff was courteous and was able to get us checked in early. Clean room in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants.

I stayed overnight while my daughter visited WPI overnight. This hotel was close, clean and very affordable.

the worst hotel everPosted Apr 15, 2014 on Hotels.com
That place is horrible the rooms smell and the person at the front desk disappeared for 30 minutes I was moved to another that was just as filthy as the first room. I had to rent another hotel room at the holiday inn. This hotel should not be listed on any web site.

Not too far from Worcester union station.Posted Mar 31, 2014
It was good. Clean room with a friendly staff. The room was a tad cold. And even though we asked for a late check out, two different staff members came and asked when we were checking out. I felt pressured to leave.
