poor servicePosted Sep 8, 2014
When we arrived there, we were told that despite our reservation, there was no room available and they would have to send us to another hotel in the area. However, after speaking with the manager, the room suddenly became available.

Immediately we were met with a polite young man telling us we needed to pay to park our or pay him to park our car. So I opted to park my car for $12.00. It was a very nice room. Went to go online and was met with a 9.95 internet fee for 3 devices.

Easy access to highway and minutes from storesPosted Sep 1, 2014
I was looking (very last minute) for a place to stay overnight while my kids participated in a tournament in town. It was comfortable and reasonably priced. I wasn't able to use the pool area due to a private party but I enjoyed the music in my room.

second time in 18 years, never againPosted Aug 31, 2014
The parking people informed us we had to pay for parking?? The manager was nice as well as front desk. The room looked ok at first glance until you looked closer and saw all the dirt on the headboard and the cloth chair was gross with food and stains all over it. Sink broken with huge crack. Food was pretty good in the small and loud bar area. Except is was gross with the tv showing survival show with them eating worms and leaches. Pool dirty, unaccompanied minors in fitness room. Left at midnight, because couldn't sleep on lumpy mattress. Very disappointed. I had spent my honeymoon there 18 years ago.

Ideal hotel location between Worcester and Boston.Posted Aug 26, 2014
Pros: I like the exterior hotel look and some of the amenities it offers.
Cons: Elevators could be upgraded; Parking/Amenities fee
Location: Natick Mall; Shoppers World; Sherwood Plaza and all of Worcester Road with tons of shopping to do, lots of things to see and eat.
I was participating in the 2014 Boston Carnival and the hotel location was ideal for traveling into the Boston area.

Very nice but...Posted Aug 19, 2014
This hotel was very nice with a great fitness room, pool and onsite restaurant and bar. My only dislike was no exhaust fan in bathrooms, no small refrigerator and no shower cap provided. Also this hotel location charged for parking! My husband and I are young baby boomers.

I was expecting more.Posted Aug 18, 2014
After reading about the "club rooms" and all the amenities that the exclusive club lounge has to offer, my family and I were disappointed when we found out that many of these amenities didn't exist. There were no snacks during the day as had been described on expedia, and the afternoon hors d'oeuvres consisted of ziti with cheese and cheese and crackers -- I guess another choice of hors d'oeuvres was too costly for the hotel. The breakfast was good but, again, the Hampton Inn serves better breakfast choices. The indoor pool was nice, the outdoor pool was cold and coated in green algae -- again, is it too much to ask for a clean pool? The club room was not any bigger than a normal sized room, the comforter was stained (it resembled dry blood), the air conditioner made a loud rattling noise, the toilet ran all night until I lifted off the cover and adjusted the tank stopper. This Sheraton has a long way to go if they're even remotely interested in giving guests a nice, relaxing weekend getaway. Very disappointing.

Nice hotelPosted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: Clean comfortable beds
Location: Local to area businesses and about 30 minutes non-rush hour traffic to Boston.
Overall good experience. Unfortunately, I was not expecting some of the additional charges they had, especially for a hotel in this part of the state. For example, I'm accustom to paying for parking at a city center hotel but not in the suburbs. Additionally, when we booked the room, it stated it could accommodate up to 5 adults which was perfect for my wife and I and our 3 children. However, when we got to the room it only had two double beds. When I requested a roll away for my son, they informed me of an additional charge of $15. Under some protest they did reversed the charge. As I mentioned the hotel was nice - well maintained and the staff was very friendly and accommodating but be ready to pay for everything else.

Pay for extrasPosted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: Castle look and renovations, two swimming pools, nice gym.
Cons: Free parking, wifi and breakfast.
Location: Natick Mall with American Girl Store
Had to pay extra for overnight parking and in room wifi...what ???? Full size beds instead of queen size, not good with four people sharing two beds. Breakfast was not included in price...room service very expensive. Pools and gym were nice but no hot tub.
