There are no employees over night. All night people were partying and coming and going till 6am when I left...felt like illegal activity. Cars picking people up in middle of night. I did not sleep at all. It was clearly unsafe. I called the hotel for them to make it right. They said they would look at the video and get back to me....they never did....

We regret your stay was not exceptional. We strive to ensure all our guests have a pleasant experience. While we may not have staff at the front desk after 10pm, there is a telephone number posted at the front desk for someone who is on property 24/7 for any needs or concerns. There are cameras inside and outside of the property and we can confirm there was no illegal activity occurring. We can assure all our guests that the hotel is very safe as we also have local police patrolling the parking lot after hours as we are in a residential neighborhood.

Cute little hotel
This hotel is unusual - it’s more like a renovated old boarding home. It doesn’t look like a hotel from the outside. The rooms are beautifully renovated (within the last two months according to the manager). The room had a mini fridge and a microwave, the AC unit was easily controlled with a remote control. The desk people were really nice. One thing to note - this hotel isn’t surrounded by stores and restaurants. My sister stayed in a different hotel that had a fast food resturant in the same parking Lot and a mall across the street. If you want that kind of thing then this hotel probably isn’t for you. I liked it and would stay again!

Nice little inn in MA
Hotel front desk staff very friendly. Inn was very clean. Good location. I would stay here again. The bedding and towels were nice quality with one exception - the pillows felt very cheap and had no give to them. The bathroom was cold! The heater in there didn't work. Also, the room could use a chair - lots of open floor space, but no where to sit.

Unfortunate experience
Was expecting it to have some sense of history, there was none. Tiny check in area, no comfort. It was more like renting a room in a private house. Kids screaming, running up and down halls. Parents talking loudly with their doors open, did not sleep well and left a day early. Staff tried to keep the chaos to a minimum but unable to do so. The staff was friendly and we were thankful they did not charge us for leaving early. Room modern, big, clean. If looking for a historic Inn feeling, this is not the place.

Staying here was a really restful and pleasant experience. The room was comfortable and peaceful. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back here if I were on vacation in Westborough.

Great Improvements in the Rooms
I stayed at this inn a couple years ago, and the improvements in the room were noticeable. The bathroom was updated and everything was clean and easy to use.

Lovely room and wonderful staff
The room was great with the little fridge and microwave. There was a Keurig coffee maker in the lobby area with a nice variety of coffee and tea, including flavored and decaf coffee. I, personally, was happy with my entire stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great if you want to be near the hustle & bustle without being a part of it.

Quaint and clean
Looks like the room was recently redone so it was very clean. Could have used a few more amenities, bigger soap, Shower cap, very meager room. No furniture to put your clothes in and a half size closet. No rack to put your suitcase on. Was told there were no microwaves but thankfully there was one. Still very nice quaint place and Paul and the staff were super nice and accommodating. No problems or complaints, would recommend.

1 place was noisy kids crying and running around on the upper floors at night. 2. The air condition was too cold there no heat mode and the fan could not be slowed down. 3. Room was clean. 4. Sounds penetrates room easily not much sound proofing.

Great Location, Friendly Staff, Well Maintained.
This was a very good stay. The room was very clean, the owner was very friendly and helpful. The property was in the process of painting and repairs, management kept everyone well informed of each days work. The price was great. I loved my stay. If there is a draw back, it is only very minor and that is that the rooms are a bit spartan. But since I was out nearly every day it did not bother me. I could not connect to the wi-fi, if there even was wi-fi but I created my own mobile hot spot so again not that big of a deal. I would happily stay there again on my next visit.

The price was excellent and the room was newly renovated, clean and spacious, was very quiet and looked exactly as pictured on the website. Using an automated check-in was new to me and not as welcoming as a live person but it did the job well enough. The only complaint I have about the room is that there were no cups or glasses provided and there was only one small container each of shampoo and conditioner but no soap. Other than that I was quite satisfied and would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for reasonably priced accommodations
