Do you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Then this is it. Fantastic little private hotel offering all you need at a great price. Water pressure was a bit low in the shower but host were fantastic and accommodating with advice and meeting all my needs re food and refreshments. Will go again when in England.

Very comfortable hotel with charming staffPosted Dec 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
My wife and I stayed at Holdfast Cottage Hotel for 11 nights, We had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed the pleasant and calm atmosphere, hotel staff and owners, the bar, the English breakfast and the wonderful dinners. I have no problem recommending this lovely countryside hotel to others seeking accommodations in the area.

Could be very good for everyonePosted Aug 18, 2013
Cons: Breakfast, which was mediocre and bland
Location: Good, quiet and close to Malvern and the hills.
The hotel is in a lovely location and could be superb. The feeling we had was that it was becoming a bit of a burden and consequently is a bit run down. The owners are very nice people and very helpful and friendly.

very helpful ownersPosted Aug 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
I had a very nice stay , the owner went out of his way to help me as there was a mix up with my booking ( not his fault), the only little thing for me was I had a bath in my room and I prefer a shower but the room was very clean tidy and comfy and I would be more than happy to stay there again or recommend it to others

Nice hotel!Posted Apr 14, 2013
Pros: Lovely, comfy room
Location: Close to Malvern. Use the long stay car park - we went to the theatre and it cost us £3 for 23 hrs!!!
Lovely comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. My husband has VERY strict standards of cleanliness and this fell below his standards. If you don't like dogs, this might be a problem for you!

Clean and friendly but smallPosted Nov 18, 2012 on Hotels.com
very clean and friendly hotel - I couldn't stay for breakfast due to an early start but they made a hot sandwich for me to leave with. Only downside was the single room was very small

A little oasisPosted Jul 31, 2012
Pros: The feeling of having left the outside world behind
Cons: Very small bar but it's just a minor gripe
Location: Not a lot within walking distance but a good position for malvern and the 3 Counties Showground
A lovely old country home, a little oasis of calm and tranquility. I was travelling alone so I felt a little bit odd in the small bar with 3 couples but somehow the host made it easy. The food was delicious, the room was chintzy, creaky and eccentric but very comfortable. I would definitely visit again.
