“Holiday Inn, Bromsgrove - Wonderful!”

This hotel is stunning with wonderful facilities. We visited as a family of four, and were welcomed and treated with great customer service. We made use of the hotel's spa facilities: swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Timings were specific for children to use the pool but we had more than enough time to use this facility. When walking into the hotel for the first time, our impression was 'wow!'. A beautiful, warm and welcoming reception area, very smart with a cosy fireplace. We will definitely be going back and recommending to everyone we know. Staff were professional and helpful.

“Overnight stay with grandchildren”

We stayed overnight with our two grandchildren aged 8 and 4, between visits to Warwick Castle and Cadbury World. We used the pool which we found very relaxing after a busy day. We had a "standard" room but found it quite spacious and comfortable. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. All in all an excellent stay and we would certainly recommend the hotel.

“Bromgrove's Best”

“Just what we needed for a nearby family gathering”

We normally stay in a B&B family room but decided to go for this hotel for the good price on Expedia and the indoor for my 8 year old. It was clean, modern & comfortable; our only complaint being the 25 minute wait for a table at breakfast without the offer of a coffee. Other than this we found the other staff to be friendly & helpful. As our special rate was room only, it was good to know beforehand about the £10 per room breakfast voucher, which saved us quite a lot from the breakfast menu prices. All in all very good and somewhere we would stay again.

“Family Weekend”

We had a good one night stay at this hotel with our daughters,sons-in-law and the five grandchildren.Everything was good.Star attraction was the breakfast on the Sunday.We will come again to this hotel.
