Great hotel very we'll located (on Insurgentes Ave ), only 20 mins from the airport ( please consider traffic ) down town, Reforma - Chapultepec business district,Coyoacan, and only 5 minutes from beautiful Condesa District. Very friendly staff, very clean and comfortable rooms. Right price (check Expedia)

I have stayed here several times. Obviously the hotel has some good qualities.
The staff are polite, the hotel is clean. The rooms are minimalist. Would be nice for at least one drawer. You live in suitcase.

The location is great. Easy access to transportation and lots of services nearby. Restaurants, convenience stores, supermarkets, shopping malls, banks, etc.
The hotel is cutting down on little amenities and the main one is the quality of the internet which is really bad, even in the business center. things like a wash cloth or a shower cap, an extra hand towel are not there. The room was very noisy, with water running down pipes and i could hear the neighbors above and next door. The wake up call did not work and it was hard to get someone to answer the phones for room service.
But the room is nice, clean, bed comfortable and big. It´s good, just not as great as it was a year ago.

This hotel isn't for everyone. After a 3 day stay in the Centro Historico, I wanted to see another neighbourhood. Based on reviews and price the choice came down between the Intercontinental (surprisingly afforable) and this small hotel in Colonia Napoles adjacent the World Trade Centre. The hotel is six storeys, about 20 rooms. I had a suite on the top floor and it was truly huge. The hotel is clean but is beginning to show the signs of age and that would probably exclude it for a lot of travellers. Staff - and that means everyone - extremely helpful. Given the tiny size of the lobby, one interacts with them all the time. The hotel has a restaurant which is open to the public and which is probably its best feature. I liked the atmosphere of the restaurant and had excellent breakfasts there - about $10 USD as breakfast was not included in my rate. The Colonia Napoles neighbourhood is attractive and safe but not very exciting. Inquiring about local attractions it was suggested that I try the Centro Historico, the Zona Rosa or the Frida Kahlo Museum in Coyoacan. However, staff helped book me on a very enjoyable day trip to Cuernavaca and Taxco through a local travel agent. There are several dozen places to eat an grab a drink within easy reach of the hotel. The magnificent Polyforum Siqueiros featuring the artist's March of Humanity is a 5 minute walk. The MetroBus on Avenida Insurgentes is also 5 minutes away.
