Friendly people and comfortable beds
Posted Jan 17, 2013
Pros: Nothing wonderful
Cons: Better amenities and breakfast
Location: A big lake nearby that looked nice, not much else
Not a lot to choose from in a small town like this but the location right off i90 was nice and the beds were comfortable. The full breakfast listed on line was a very nice continental which was a bit of a disappointment. The pool looked okay but we didn't use it. The amenities left a lot to be desired. Overall, not a bad experience but nothing memorable either. Good luck to all.

3 day stay

Pros: Comfortability & friendly staff.
Cons: A little pricey for the area, but well worth it.
Location: Interstate access within 1 minute. A great variety of businesses within minutes.
Everything about my stay was great. No complaints whatsoever. I would highly recommend staying here.

Close to I90 and local business

We were in town for a swim meet and the hotel did a fine job. They were a bit overwhelmed with the amount of people who were there for the night, but they did a nice job keeping up. Place was clean and easy to park and get around. I would stay there again if I needed to stay in Worthington. The 3 on the surrounding neighborhood is because the interstate is very close, although I could not hear it!

Perfect location right off the freeway on the Main Street with many resturants and Walmart across the street. The hotel is fresh and clean.

4 Pioneer Girls on a Journey
Posted Jan 1, 2012
Pros: Pool, Commfy beds and great breakfast!
Cons: That is was an hour from Walnut Grove---but worth the drive.
Location: Great resturants near by and easy to find!
Great hotel with very comfortable rooms, friendly staff and very nice pool area! We were 4 girls looking for a pioneer experience in Walnut Grove but wanted a hotel that was modern, comfy and friendly when we had finished our days at the festival, and we certainly found that at this stay. We traveled from Wisconsin on a Laura Ingals Wilder adventure and stayed 5 of our 7 nights at Americinns and loved everyone of them. I plan to always check for this chain in any future travels.

Convenient - right off the interstate 90.

The stay was good. The continental breakfast was great. The pool was nice. We went to the Perkins next door for an evening meal. I have never seen a Perkins so dirty (sidewalks, carpet inside etc.) and smelly). The food & service was good but we were unsure if we should stay to eat when we first walked in. If Americinn has any influence over this, since it is close for eating, it would be to your benefit to inform Perkins about their problems. I will let them know also. We have a Perkins in our town and it is also clean and neat.

Air conditioning noisy and locks a little tricky. Great service and nice people.
