In need of an update, avoid room 211

In need of an update. Staff were fine but gym walls had mould stains and some wallpaper peeling off the wall. I was allocated room 211 which has almost no daylight. A big concrete beam blocks half the window and the remainder is under a covered entrance to the underground garage. Complained and was moved within 15 minutes (quite impresive) but avoid that room unless you like the dark.

Hotel review

The location was not easy to find and from the pictures on the site and lobby were much better than the actual room. There was no heat in the first room and they asked me to wait an hour for it to come on I did and then after two hours freezing got to change to another room and by 2 am the room got to 58 degrees. They made no accomidation for this but by day two the heat came on. The pool is not as nice as pictured. The chairs all have mold on them the water is cold and in general the hotel is in need of people that care. My advise is look elsewhere.

Good hotel in good location

The room was clean & comfortable. I expected a breakfast with the room, but with the Expedia rate, I did not get breakfast. The room had a window that looked out on the mezzanine surrounding the lobby, and chairs were stacked pup at our window. A guest paying full price would complain loudly.

The hotel is in good location. However, the rooms are small and the bathroom is very small. Requested to pay more to have a bigger bathroom and was told the bathroom are all of the same size, except for suites.
