Great hotel across from shopping center

Pros: great location close to restaurants and Starbucks.
Cons: The business computer in English needs to be hooked up to the printer.
Location: Across the street from a Starbucks and several excellent Chinese restaurants.

Nice hotel with great location (for Wuxi)

Pros: Nice decor and anemeties
This is a very nice hotel with nice amenities and good location. Decor is nice. There were couple of main issues: 1) The hotel staff is not really clear on what comes with our rate. We ended paying more than we expected. 2) The room was very warm and we were not able to make the room cooler no matter what. 3) The swimming pool is nice but all patrons need to purchase and use swimming caps. They fear that hair will drop in the pool. This is the first time I ever had to wear a swimming cap in any pools (from public pools, to 5 star hotel pools worldwide). Otherwise I will definitely stay at this hotel next time.

Beautiful hotel and a great value

Pros: The room was very nice. Bathroom and shower was excellent.
Cons: Staff had limited English.
Location: Simply a perfect location.
This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city at an amazingly low rate. Truly a five star in every regard yet we paid three star rates. It is also right across the street from a major mall so everything that you might need is close by. The only potential issue for me was English. The staff had very limited English. Since I had a native Chinese speaker with me I did not have to test that but it may have been a problem. Otherwise it was a great hotel and a great experience.
