“Not Impressed”

When we arrived, we were surprised that the two rooms we had booked at least a month ahead of time, while on the same floor,were located at opposite ends of the hallway. The young lady at the front desk had no reply when we commented on that. Our rooms were clean but had definitely seen better days. We used our laptop briefly to check e-mail using the free WI-FI connection. The next time we tried to sign on, we got some warning messages that our virus protection had been compromised. We shut down the laptop, and when we got home, a scan of the computer showed that one of our shields had been disabled. On the bright side, the breakfast was decent and had a good variety. The attendant in the breakfast room was the friendliest employee we encountered. We also visited the historic restaurant mentioned in some of the other reviews, had a wonderful meal in a truly unique setting. All in all, we enjoyed our visit to Wytheville, but would not stay in this hotel again.

“Would not stay at hotel or chain again”

The hotel was poor and night staff seemed to be run by teenagers that didn't really know how to deal with an adult situation.

“Nice Hotel - Very Convenient”

We stayed at this hotel on a trip down I-81. It was very new and had nice comfortable rooms, was quiet, and they had a decent (free) breakfast in the morning.

“Convenient location”

Easy to find location, clean and comfortable. There's a reataurant in an old historic log cabin downtown that has good food and lots of local charm.

“Very Nice Hotel”

I would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed overnight at this place. It's clean with nice friendly staff. The warm breakfast (included in hotel price) is great. I would stay here again if opportunity comes again.

“Plan to stay there again”

This hotel is all it advertises to be. It is clean, comfortable and convenient to the interstate and restaurants. The staff is courteous and the continental breakfast was excellent.I plan to make this my stop on all my trips in that area.

“Hotels nice - but not front desk person”

The hotel was vewry nice and the bed very comfortable. Could her traffic noise if a/c wasn't on. Asked front desk to change my room and was told it wasn't traffic noise but the machines in the fitness room and that it would be closing soon. She was unfriendly at check in and would not change my room.

“Very nice, Great Value!!”

This is a very nice hotel for the money. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable. Very generous continental breakfast. We would love to stay again.
