Seems they had lack of workers,had to wait 45 minutes for room to be cleaned even though we were past check in time. This is the second year of the same problem,will rethink staying here again.

The best part of this hotel is the people! They are friendly and helpful. The breakfast ladies are just what you need to get your day started! The hotel is in serious need of updating. It looks tired and worn.

Our room was not ready at check in and it didn’t seem to be a concern for anyone. No apology was offered. Where is the customer service? There was also no information in the room regarding WiFi or local restaurants. Is that too much to ask?

Nice place with very nice breakfast. The advertised pool and Whirlpool was a critical reason to book there only to find out that the pool area was closed for maintenance and had been for over a week.

Upon arrival, we were told our room was not ready. We were about an early. So we went out for dinner. When we opened the door to our room, we discovered it had not yet been cleaned. So back downstairs we went. We were assigned to a different room. However, the new room did not have queen beds. The mattresses seemed to be full sized only. And the side I slept on was sloped downward. So I had to fight to stay on the bed all night. The bathtub was also uneven, making you feel off balance. The hotel is older. But very clean and cozy. And the lady at the desk was super friendly and nice.

Disappointing
When we checked in the room hadn't been cleaned. One of the beds was unmade and there were dirty towels on the bathroom floor. When we told the desk clerk she was indifferent at best, and said she couldn't give us another room because they were booked up. Didn't offer to send anyone up to remediate the situation.

It was dog friendly, we arrived late and the property was well lit and frlt safe, even in the middle of the night when we walked the dog.Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great, friendly people and staff. It was a very good experience and would definitely stay at Hampton again!

Santana at the front desk was patient and wonderful as we had to spend an hour dealing with hotels.com in getting the reservation adjusted. The pool and jacuzzi were relaxing after a long day of driving.

Early morning disturbance.
We stay at Hampton Inn because the beds are comfortable. This time there were a few problems: microwave didn’t work, hairdryer was shot, no water pressure in the sink and worse of all the fire alarm went off at 6:45 am. We had driven 12 hours before we checked in, you can imagine how aggravated we were with the fire alarm.
