It was a nightmare. Rooms old. Mattress springs had stains. My husband would not even take a shower in the place. As far as the continental breakfast. No one ever came to the office where it was suppose to be as told by the person at the desk.

OK for one night

Hotel was run-down, but cheap. A few thousand dollars invested in replacing grungy light switches, showers, etc. would go a long way. No desk personnel available for check-out at 7:15 am.

Great Price for Modest Accomodations

Room clean and well kept. Shower and bathroom area needs a little work. Was comfortable and without any problems getting to motel and parking.

During check in the manager on duty was very friendly and polite. The hotel is run down needing maintenance and updates. The room was clean but had 1970's carpet and furnishings that should have been replaced years ago. The TV would not work right and the refrigerator door would not close. We attempted to find another hotel but all were booked due to the event we were attending. The 4 star price was hard to take for a 1 star room. Future guests should read before they book. The photos in the ad for the hotel are not the rooms you will use. They must be stock photos for this company. We will not stay at a Knights Inn in the future.
