It's a great budget hotel. Our room was very clean. But you can tell that the property needs some tending too. And advertised as a free breakfast. White bread and muffins and boxed cereal is not much of a choice for breakfast.

There is no hot water, plumbing is messed up, and was told there water is cut off because they did not pay there bills. Also told that this is an ongoing problem for a few weeks.

Did not get to stay was told l had to pay more for the room plus a deposit and wait till after 11 am sat to get 3 deposit back. So I lose the money I spent for the room Will never stay at a Red roof inn.

Place is a dump! Room was clean, no fridge or microwave, bathroom is tired, no breakfast to speak of, just some stale muffins and cereal, it seemed like there were a lot of sketchy people staying there, too!

The room is showing its age. The toilet had problems filling at times. The floor and walls seemed dingy. There was no hair dryer was there but the holder was. The phone button was on when I got there and couldn’t get it to turn off. Only one set of towels.

The Hotel was very clean and the staff friendly -- however the Breakfast was very disappointing -- we arrived at 7-45 am to find all most nothing to eat and when we asked for cream for our coffee we were told there was none -- if this is the norm it would be better to charge less and NOT include breakfast

the breakfast area was very disappointing...they should not be posting the pic used...there are no waffle makers, even tough there early, ran at of coffee, there were but 3 pieces of bread and 2 tiny muffin in the case...didn't expect lavishness but certainly expected coffee and something.

Overall the room was fine. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Property and location were also fine but no trash can in the room, no bath towels and no shampoo. There was an in room coffee maker and coffee which I appreciated. Also, when I called the front desk with a question, the clerk was very curt/rude.

We have used this hotel for several years as it is a waypoint on regular family trip. Last trip was disappointing but we figured it was a one off as prior visits went well. This trip is last visit to this hotel. Room was not clean. Easily seen debris in corners and behind doors. Toilet was valved off and had a ring of mold. Breakfast was poor. Bagels and mini muffins were stale Grounds were littered and buildings were less kept than prior visits

This is the most beautiful location for a Ref Roof. The room reaked of urine. We travel with our dog and this was the worst room we have ever stayed at. The shower faucet ran all night, not a drip but like it was on. I asked for a top floor room, and we were placed on the ground floor by the stairs. There was so much outside noise all night long, it was really difficult to rest and sleep. Would not stay in room 116 EVER again!

Never again will I stay at the red roof inn.
They wanted to charge an early check in fee. Came back an hour later and no one was at the desk with a line of about 10 people waiting to check in. The room appeared clean at first but under the furniture you could see dust bunnies. The bedding was aged and discolored. Found a blood stain on the pillows. Slept with the lights on due to the cockroaches that decided to make appearance through out the one night stay. I’ll fork over the extra $100 for a better hotel next time.

The was the dirtiest room we have ever been in. The floor looked like it had not been cleaned in months. We did not even attempt to take a shower as the tub was very dirty. Sneaker marks on the floor from someone's dirty/wet shoes were visible in the bathroom area. There was even visible dirt on the side tables. We were so grossed out. It smelled so bad inside the room. Heavy smoke, yet we paid for a non-smoking room. Disappointing doesn't even explain how bad it was.....it was terrible!

There was a man pounding on door next to us yelling to let him in at 1:15am. Then you could hear fighting or arguing.. Basically no sleep is what i got.i was afraid something bad was about to happen.

We have stayed here several times before. What a decline. We frequent economy hotels and have not experienced the lack of customer service, cleanliness and room conditions as this before. We reserved a king bed, none when we arrived. Assigned to another room. When we went to open room door, key did not work. Back to front desk. Back with fixed key, room not cleaned from last guest. No working phone, back to front desk. Another room, no refrigerator, torn drapes, stink bugs. TV did not work, no phone back to front desk. Man to come to fix TV, never showed up. He did come the next evening when we requested help again. Ended up needing 2 remote controls to work tv. The room key did not work 3 times requiring additional trips to the front desk. Needless to say, due to the decline in this hotel, we will not be coming here again. Disappointing was the lack of concern from staff or apologies .
