nOT NICE
I WOULD NEVER EVER RECCOMEND THIS HOTEL. IS FILLED WITH COPS AND IN TERRIBLE CONDITION. DOORS ARE LOW. NO SHAMPOO NOTHING

Very low value hotel
This hotel is NOT recommended to anyone Facilities are old and the hotel looks as if was built 60 years ago by a bad arquitect There is no value here We did not even have shampoo in our room. It was for sale at the front desk Bathroom impossible to take a shower in Beds are old and in bad shape

Want a shower head that has no concentration and hot water that goes from cold to scalding over and over? Want to be ignored by the wait staff in the restaurant for nearly 20 minutes before getting service? Want to hear every person in the entire building through paper thin walls? Want to toss and turn on a beat up old mattress? Want to hear and feel constant knocking to the wall behind the bed? Want poor customer service? Welcome to hotel imperial. For the love of god and all that is holy do not stay here. Pay more as Xalapa is a beautiful place deserving enjoyment.

El hotel en general muy bueno solo que hice reservación en línea y ofrecían estacionamiento y la realidad es que no cuentan con él; ese detalle te deja un mal sabor de boca, aun así, ahora que ya sé si volvería.

No me gustó no tengo en estacionamiento y el baño está súper horrible y súper pequeño.. todo lleno le escalones que apenas si puedes saber en dónde está la regadera lo canales de tv en blanco y negro y ni se diga de la atención del personal.. no sé si tenían sueño o les daba igual atender o no.. y la principio me dieron un cierto que ya estaba ocupado.. tuve que volver a bajar para decirles que había ya maletas en la habitación que me había asignado. Mal todo...

Es un lugar muy agradable lo unico que hace que no sea excelente es que no cuenta con estacionamiento de allí en fuera el lugar es muy muy agradable y acojedor

Hotel Ruidoso
Es un hotel con céntrica ubicación, pero la recamaras tienen una altura no mayor a 2m con puertas de 1.6m de altura (muy bajas) y las ventanas a la calle son solo de ornato, no aíslan la acústica, por lo que el ruido de la calle es terrible y por la altura la temperatura es altísima. La tarifa rack era mas baja a la tarifa ofrecida en expedia, por lo que el disgusto fue mayor. La limpieza dentro de la regadera era muy cuestionable dado que tenía los rincones con machas obscuras. Tengan cuidado

Nos toco una habitación donde no había agua en las regaderas, las camas bastantes duras, inclusive en la que nos cambiaron por falta de agua también las camas bastante duras se sentían los resortes¡¡¡¡¡
