友人との旅行に利用しました。部屋からはコロンス島を眺めることができ、天気がよければ最高の眺望です。英語はフロントは対応可能、市内では英語はまったく通じません。よく観光客が訪れる中山路へは徒歩5分で立地も最高です。 土楼ツアーについて…ホテルから手配可能です。約5000円くらいで中国人ツアーに参加できます。(片言でも中国語がわかった方がいいです。前日でも申し込みができました。) ホテルSPAについて:街中のマッサージ屋がキレイでなさそうだったのでホテルで。足マッサージ70分で188RMBでした。SPAで支払いをすればこの値段ですがルームチャージにすると数パーセント手数料が追加されるようですのでその場での支払いがベストです。ホテルフロントで市内地図をもらうことができますがとても抽象的な地図でわかりづらいので必要な場合は無料地図を確認後、足りないようでしたら道端での購入をお勧めします。

Good location, right near pedestrian street. Rooms were big and comfortable, and wifi was great. Service was great - so friendly, people remembered you and loved practicing their english with you. There was a bit of a mix-up with the car reservation I had made over the phone prior to arriving, but with a little bit of perseverence it got sorted when I arrived and they did the right thing from a customer service perspective. The concierge desk is not as great in English as the check-in counter (also phone communication is harder than in person), so just make sure to be very clear when you speak to them. They are quite helpful beyond that. The only issue was that the gym did not open at 6am as advertised, so if you're here for work and need this, maybe ask them the evening before.

原温德姆改的瑞颐。楼有点旧,内饰是翻新过的,但也掩饰不了早期不是一体化设计的缺陷。总体来说,内饰方面是好的,小细节上的瑕疵,只要不是强迫症或者处女座都是可以忍受的。24小时订餐,夜宵种类有点少;不过他们家的肉眼牛排是迄今为止我在中国境内吃过的最好的肉排,价格还行,不知道肉源是哪里的。前台服务相当低效及糟糕,没有合理的导航人员,办理check -in 时整整等待了30分钟,且是在没有太多宾客的情况下,望改进。

Mooi fris hotel to het eiland en uitzicht op zee! Wel druk tijdens incecken en tijdens ontbijt wat wel heel uitgebreid en steeds bijgevult werd. Ligging heel centraal voor winkels en veerboot. Alles op loopafstand. Wij hadden executive room maar we kwamen er helaas laat achter wat dit allemaal inhield, ontbijt op n rustige plek, high tea, hapjes en drankjes gratis. Echt een aanrader! Je hoeft er niet chicque uit te zien,wij hadden onze backback rugzakken mee en alleen maar makkelijke sneldroog kleding, maar je voelde je er niet ongemakkelijk door.

Service not a strength, even though 5 Star Hotel

Service is not their strength at the Swiss International. Even though my booking clearly stated that breakfast for two was included (and I even had my reservation printed out), the Front Desk declined to honor this commitment. Asking them to check the system and confirm with a Manager, I left the Front Desk and headed to my room after deciding that waiting 15 minutes was long enough with a baby in arms. By the evening, no response at all so I again had to visit the Front Desk in order to prevent myself from getting stiff at the next morning's breakfast. Finally it was resolved. Although the room was clean and I had no other issues, this is not how a 5 STAR hotel treats its visitors. To make me feel that I tried to scam two breakfasts (even though my booking reservation listed them clearly) is unacceptable.
