Extremely Poor Customer Service

I spent a few nights at this hotel in September, 2010. The first night the power in my room went out in the middle of the night. This was a problem with my hotel room, not a general problem in the hotel or area. As a result I overslept. The carpeting and upholstery were worn, and though vacuumed, were soiled with ground-in dirt. My complaints to the non-Chinese, English speaking guest services guy were all ignored. When I spoke to him directly, he said he was too busy to deal with me. I don't recommend this hotel. There are many other better hotels in Xian to choose from.
