Don't arrive late!!Posted May 5, 2015
We arrived after twelve due to bus schedule coming from Beijing. Staff can't speak English and after a long wait and lots of giggles they tried to communicate that we had no room at 12:30 am. Our confirmation clearly said guaranteed for late arrival. They had no internet we could use and we were already up from the previous morning at 4:00 am travelling with 3 small children! The service was so poor they could not help us to try and make other reservation they just giggled - very annoying!

Enjoyed our stay :)Posted Nov 7, 2013
Pros: Friendly staff! :))) Rooms were quiet too.
Cons: A hair dryer would have been nice. I've become accustomed to having one provided for me, I guess. LOL But, I managed nicely without one.
Location: Tons of restaurants. Shopping centre within a 10 to 15-minute walk away. Plenty of buses stop by/infront of the hotel.
The hotel is cheap, and served our purpose - a place to sleep after spending a day of sightseeing. The shower was interesting. LOL The staff were very friendly. One lady in particular went over and above our expectations. While her English was somewhat limited, it was much much better than our Chinese. She suggested places to eat, visit, gave us bus routes, translations, and the list goes on. In my opinion, she made our stay there a most enjoyable one. :))) (Thank you Lily!) If you are looking for a cheap, but decent, place to stay, I would most definitely recommend this hotel.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCEPosted Aug 6, 2012 on Hotels.com
The hotel is disgusting from the moment you step into it. We requested 2 beds and they gave us a "room" if you can call it that, with a small bed. The smell of cigarrettes is everywhere, even in the non-smoking rooms. There was a roach walking across the carpet when we got to the room.Besides, it had not been cleaned. There was urine all over the toilet. We had to stay at the Ascott that was nearby. Oh! no one speaks English. Not even "Hello"

Vil aldrig komme tilbagePosted Jul 25, 2012 on Hotels.com

Hotel was too far from tourist areas and transportation, especially since the taxi drivers were not willing to take us anywhere during our entire visit. We reserved a non-smoking room and although clearly marked the the elevator, our non-smoking floor and our room all had heavy smoke smell. There were even used ash trays in the hallway of this non-smoking floor. Almost no one spoke other than Chinese and the staff were not very helpful or friendly (except the doorman). Also at check out they wanted to charge me 450 Chinese dollars for a hand towel that had a small fruit juice stain. I'd sleep on the street before I would ever consider staying in this hotel again.
