Pros: Location near the freeway but not too close
Cons: Must have an elevator
Location: Good location.
The breakfast was basic but adequate. The room was somewhat crowded near the serving area. More fruit would be desirable considering the hotel is located in the land of the plenty!

Nice hotel nearby many wineries

Posted Aug 16, 2014
Cons: Elevators could be installed
Location: Wineries
We were on the second floor with 2 large suitcases and some purchases we didn't want to leave in the car. There is no elevator at this location so it was quite inconvenient.

Great place to stay while wine tasting

Posted Jul 24, 2014
Location: Easy to find and close to many wineries and restaurants. Be sure to visit the wineries in Zillah.
Great hotel that certainly delivers well in service, cleanliness and atmosphere. We loved sitting outside enjoying the peaceful view of the vineyards. Loved that the staff takes pride in making this hotel top-notch. Very impressed and will definitely stay here again.

July 2014

Room had just been cleaned with a strong smelling agent. But we had a great stay anyway, comfortable beds, decent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, easy to find off the interstate.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The patio was great for sipping wine in the evening. The pool was small but nice on a hot day. The room was really clean and the hotel was quiet. 1 block away is the Green Olive which had amazing food!

Likely the nicest hotel in the area

The architect did an amazing job. The views of the surrounding vineyard and farmland were gorgeous; you'd never guess how close the hotel is to the highway or overpass. Comfortable, clean, and excellent breakfast. The staff was sincere and helpful.

Just OK. Nothing special.

Posted Apr 28, 2014
Pros: It was clean and quiet. Easy access to the freeway.
Cons: Not enough outlets in the room. I had to search to find outlets so I could plug in my laptop, phone, iPad, etc.
Location: It is close to a golf course (about 2 miles or so down the road). Close to down town area but not real close to restaurants, only one near by.
Just in town for work. This hotel cost a little more than others in the area so I thought it would be nice. It was pretty plain though. Only one person running the front counter which seemed a little under staffed.

Bad service right next to a dairy farm.

Posted Mar 17, 2014
We stayed here because of the magic of basketball tournament. The staff was very slow, I had to wait at the front desk for 10 minutes before being waited on. The pool was very small and there wasn't any towels. The woman at the front desk asked me if I could come and get towels but I was soaking wet so obviously I couldn't. The room was clean enough, defiantly nothing special and as far as I'm concerned not worth the price. And the smell coming from the dairy farm next door was absolutely terrible. We also asked if we could have a late checkout due to a timing issue and I was told no, I've never had a problem at any other hotel with late checkout before. So all in all we were not pleased.

Quiet and comfortable

Posted Sep 3, 2013
Pros: Clean, conveniently located to the event we were attending
Cons: Less overt religious art
Our stay was mostly pleasant and enjoyable. The staff was courteous and friendly. There is overt religious art that we found offensive. The morning breakfast was good but coffee and other items ran out so plan on getting an early start! Also there are not many good restaurants nearby (ask the front desk clerk for a recommendation). Also the room rates were very high - perhaps because this is the best hotel around.
