The property was very clean Parking was easy and secure Room was very comfortable and large Beds and pillows were very comfortable

I was pleasantly surprised after reading some reviews. Gated parking, very nice entry. Nice updated rooms. Vending machines and items for purchase. Beds were comfortable. Highly recommended.

The bathroom light didn't work and it was late when got to the room and just needed to get to bed and not deal with hotel staff. Disappointed that cleaning staff didn't report the light broken so it could have been fixed before it was assigned to a new guest!

Secure parking, clean and comfortable.
Long day on the highway, so nice to pull in to this familiar hotel. I stayed here a week ago. There were no rooms ready (extra busy checkouts and checkins) I was given a bottle of water to have while sitting in the lobby and it took just a few minutes for someone to come find me and check me in. The restaurant bar staff are very good.

Stained carpets in the room was my only issue. Love the courtyard and the secure parking area. Will likely stay there again.

I got my shoes stolen from my room. When I when to make the official complaint, the staff from the counter to the manager had 0 customer service. To start, they never got back to me with an official response after I called the front desk multiple times. On the checkout day, they told me to wait for the manager, how after 20 min. never came out and I end up leaving because I had a plane to catch. Extremely poor customer service

1. Confusion by front desk staff on reservation resulted in one day not having room properly "restocked" (coffee, cups, towels) 2. For the price and the overall accommodations was not pleased they do not offer complimentary breakfast (my fault as I did not notice when I made reservations); regardless...for the price would have expected complimentary breakfast. Will rtn to Yakima in future but will avoid this particular HI if I am able.
