Room change needed

Posted Mar 6, 2015
Pros: Easy access, free happy hour and breakfast, comfy bed, river view
Cons: Friendlier bistro workers
Location: River walk right there!
After our free drinks and soup/salad treat, we went to bed tired. Shortly afterwards our neighbors next door came home. They were just enjoying themselves having fun but it sounded like they were I the room with us! We called The front desk with a reequest for a room change. It seems we were given a room with an adjoining door. We moved to another quiet room and resumed our sleep. The hotel was not full so I wondered why the adjoining room. I think the desk clerk was trying to give us the best possible suite.

Was in town for short stay to attend brothers funeral and they made sure I was able to get into my room 2 hrs early to dress after my travels to get to the service appropriately dressed and on time.

Worth the price!

Posted Feb 16, 2015
I stayed in Yakima to visit family over thanksgiving and stayed in a cheaper hotel along the main drag of Yakima. It was horrible service, not very clean, etc. When we came this time we decided to spend a little extra money on this place and it was 100% worth of. :) Staff was friendly, room was welcoming and soooo comfortable, and the hotel is a easy drive to almost anything or place you'd wanna go.

Pros: Nice dining with all ammenities
Cons: Pool & Hot tub be open longer hours. We perfer have adult time only.
Overall we had a great stay, was quiet clean had a great breakfast. 24 hour pools after a very stressful trip would be great. At certain locations, Holiday Inn has 24 hour pools and its wonderful. Thanks

Not a lot of good places to choose from in Yakima; this facility stands above the rest.

Thin walls! Great Hotel unless you sleep lightly!

Posted Dec 9, 2014 on Hotels.com
Thin walls. I have never been at such a nice hotel - good service, clean rooms, nice bed, good food, nice pool - and been so disappointed at my stay. I was awake until at least 2 a.m. due to doors slamming, creaky floors and being able to hear every guest in the rooms around ours. However, this is a great hotel if you are not a light sleeper.
