Hotel had bed bugs. I informed the receptionist that I had multiple bites. She said she will give me a refund. My funds should be back in 2-3 days. I never received the refund and called the hotel to inquire about it. I was told no refund was put in and they will have to talk with the receptionist that I checked out with to see exactly what did she tell me.

Bedbugs all over
The worst experience ever. The hotel was awful the room was very dirty tv had not control nor channels and when removed bedding from bed it was full of bed bugs room #240. I notified the front desk and she acted like it was normal and I was crazy. She refused to give me a refund receipt but I did not care. I left in the middle of the night with my kids not knowing where to go.

Front desk staff member showed amazing customer service skills and care. Pleasant and welcoming experience. Rooms were clean (housekeeping has done wonderful work) and supplied with proper towels, soaps, etc.

The hotel canceled my reservation after I reserved and paid online. Still charged my credit card full rate. When I got to the property to dispute the cancellation, the front desk ladies found me a room, but it was dirty, bed was dirty, found a bug in bed, smoking room when I wanted a non-smoking room. TV did not work. The staff did the best they could do to help me. The hotel still charged me for the replacement room, so I was charged for 2 rooms. Hotel was definitely run down. Still 2 hotel charges for a lousy night and no sleep.

They didn't honore my reservation that I made more than a month ago, they gave it to someone else and they put us in a room with a broken A/C, temp was at 95 deg F, 1 bed, not enough pillows and blankets, 2 of my friends had to sleep on the floor and I believe that they had the chance to gave us 1 room because 1 customer left, but they cleaned it and gave it to someone else, not even animals should be put thru this conditions, I would love to post pictures but this format doesn't let me, because words can't describe the nasty, horrible conditions of that "room", horrible place.

When we got to the property it was closed. Our reservation had been canceled. We were unable to contact the front desk. There was a note in the window that said any third-party bookings would not be charged. It left us scrambling to find a place to stay in an area that was mostly booked up for the weekend. Very very dissatisfied

Girls at check-in were great. Room was dark, no tv remote, TV not working, Bathroom door won't latch. No phone book, info about hotel, coffee, cups, dishes, etc. even tho there is a refrigerator and microwave.

They gave us a smoking room and lied and said it wasn’t . There was nicotine running down the bathroom walls. The room stunk and they said they can’t keep some people from smoking. Also there was no hot water. We stayed there for one hour then went to a difference hotel.

Room was clean and a good value. But----morning office was not open until 8 AM, then no coffee available in lobby as they had 'ran out', there was no continental breakfast as advertised as they're still using the COVID card for that, soda machine was not operational, in room coffee maker would not work and they only coffee available in room was a pack of de-caf if it did work.

Horrible customer service.
I did not stay after a 12 hour drive i was greeted by a 6 year old that first locked the door to lobby. He than told me his mother was not there and i needed to leave. I got him to unlock the door told him im sure he was not left alone to go get an adult. Afyer 4 min receptionist came back with another guest and handed him a new key code. She than explained that the whole hotel didnt have hot water and it wont be fixed till monday. After a 12 hour drive i just wanted to shower and get rest before the ballon rally in prosser so she said if i didnt want to stay i could cancel and i would be issued a refund. Which i still haven't recieved.

The water heater was out for the entire facility as of check-in and all 3 days were only cold water available. No updates were ever given. The deadbolt door lock was not functional and there was loud outside activity in the parking lot at all hours all weekend. The coffeemaker was not functional. The chair upholstery was filthy. No cleaning services were done over the stay. The whole region was booked up so moving to another hotel was not an option. Should you expect to pay full price for a room that cannot provide even a hot shower?

It was TERRIBLE. I was checking in late and the office was closed, had a sign on door that said “if you arrive after 11pm, ring doorbell.” I rang that thing, called the front desk for over 40 minutes!! When the employee finally came to the front, she gave me one of those “if looks could kill” type of look, and said “What do you want?” I told her I had been waiting for quite some time, and she’s like”and what?” I told her I had a reservation,

Our room reeked of stale smoke so I asked to be transferred. The new room was not much if all better. People were stomping into the night (12:30AM onward) even after a complaint was made a front desk. Ice machine facility locked at 9:30PM. Difficult to get the front desk to the office more than once.

The room I got was supposed to be non smoking but when I walked in there was a strong smoke smell. I didn't want to ask for another rooms since I had already been waiting to get help in the lobby for 30 minutes plus another 20 that it took them to be able to get me checked in due to issues with rooms bit being marked clean. I was given a room with someone in it, then given the one that smelled like smoke. The people next door were so loud allll day & night. Fighting & smashing each other against the wall & some lady crying. Seems like they were living there not just staying. The room. Was nasty, the little couch/chair they had there had black dirty arm rest. But I guess you get what you paid for. Stayed here because there was a family event going on close to there & I was on a budget but definitely not going back.

This property is no longer called the Rodeway, it’s a Travelodge. If you book through the Rodeway they will not honor the reservation since it is technically not there anymore. We got there and saw a drug deal happen in broad daylight. A lady tried to hitchhike with us while we walked through the parking lot to go to the office to sort everything out.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean enough. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I had ever slept in. The mattress was collapsed on one side. The heater/air conditioner was extremely noisy. The rooms adjacent were extremely noisy, a lot of secondhand marijuana smoke. Will not be staying there again.

The room was great, the employee great. But it people in the rooms were smoking weed, loud but loud music, outside drinking and made the experience awful. No sleep due to them. And they never were told to be quite or to stop. Not a place for kids that’s for sure.
