Recommended: The service was very good and the staff was very very helpful. Certain areas of the hotel either smelled of garlic or mold. The elevator didn't work (It would have been great, because our bag was very heavy.) The bed was absolutely awesome, but the pillows were too thin for my taste. Recommended: The hotel is about to be remodeled, so at the moment it is very average. However, it is is a great location for access to Yale and the downtown area. The parking garage is right across the street, but security is so good that it is hard to find your way out of it if you are leaving your car there. There are no signs to help you find your way out. We had no complaints about the hotel as it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. See all reviews for this hotel
