You get what you wantPosted Oct 11, 2010
The very large hotel offers numerous facilities: beach, fitness, pool, several restaurants. The view from the room is fantastic. Location is slightly eccentric with respect to Jalta, but it is a nice 15 min walk. All personnel speaks good English and are very helpful. It is a large hotel with all advantages and disadvantages. If you want to have an experience of local tourism in Jalta, from families to business, take it. Al most hotel in Ukraine, the price is not cheap.

Looking forward to next stayPosted Oct 8, 2010
The Yalta Intourist Hotel is an excellent place to relax and as a home-base for enjoying the sights around Yalta. The pool is huge and very well kept. The beach and water are clean and well maintained. We look forward to our next visit.

Yalta intourist hotel is good value for money.Posted Aug 19, 2010
The Hotel is very good for famillies with children,it is situated in a massive gardens with hundreds of trees . there are daily activities and even a dolphin show. the swimming pool is very nice with a bar. the childrens pool is also well appointed with a play area near by. the food is very good although the service can be slow. octoberfest restaurant is good value for money . there are shops within the hotel these are expensive. there is also a doctors surgery during the day if you need it/ the beech is okay with plenty of bars and attendants to help. there is also a medical room with nurse near the beech area. However not many staff speak fluent english but you can get by.. you need some basic russian . for adults there are many bars , one night club and a strip bar , 5 full size pool and snooker tables. in fact there are daily activities planned and a travel office for off site visits. please check temperatures before you go. It can get very hot during summer.the decor is a bit tired but nothing to off putting. good value for a 3 star hotel

Not ImpressedPosted Aug 5, 2010
Lines were huge at the check-in. Staff was pretty friendly and spoke good English. Need to take a taxi from the hotel to town center. This was a big minus for me. Rooms are very old but clean. Breakfast was very good with a nice variaty offered.

great location, very scenicPosted Aug 8, 2009
Very nice hotel with casino. Family activities and oriented. Private beach with restaurants and Olympic size pool. Aquatic poolside activities encouraged. Every room has a view of the Black Sea as well as the Crimean Mountains. Eclectic variety of restaurants on the property with very good food offered at reasonable rates. 10 minuet taxi or bus ride to the Port of Yalta, the city center and shopping. The staff and service are very friendly.

Rather SovietPosted Sep 4, 2008
Mad place to stay, not the biggest rooms, and the bathrooms are pretty grim. But worth it for the soviet atmosphere and domination architecture. Breakfast was a little random (mash anyone) but plenty of it, just watch people filling their bags.....
