Location was good. Walked around town easy access.

Walked around town good location. Maids weren't very thorough - beds weren't made up one day coffee pot and supplies were never washed - restocked.

Würde ich nicht wieder buchen

Posted Jun 12, 2015

A nice place to visit the National Park

Posted Jun 8, 2015
Pros: The rooms were spacious, our room had a king bed, a sofa. The rooms were clean and the staff was great and the on site laundry helped.
Cons: The complementary breakfast was limited. After 5 days it could use a little variety
Location: 1 mile from the west entrance of Yellowstone Park. The Grizzly Bear and Wild Wolf center is just across the street. Convenient to local restaurants.
We reserved rooms in west Yellowstone for 2 days preceding our visit in the park because we arranged for a bus tours for the north and south loops of the park. The bus could picked us up at this hotel. The hotel stay was pleasant and the Tours worked well from this location. Our plan was to stay in the park for 4 additional days after the tour. We spent one night in the park in Grant Village in a room that was much less desirable then the Grey wolf hotel. We cancelled our stay in the park and returned to this hotel for the remaining 3 days. There are a number of facilities in the park to stay but were all booked at the time we made our reservations and Grant Village was the only location available. With the bridge on the South Loop road closed, the Grey Wolf location was just as convenient even though it was outside the park.

Nice Stay

We stayed in this hotel only for one night. It was right outside YNP' west entrance gate. Breakfast was excellent.

Overpriced

Posted May 27, 2015
Pros: Layout of room to accommodate four adults and three kids was nice.
Cons: Service, service, service. Wi-fi. Larger and better stocked dining room.
Location: The Yellowstone IMAX and Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center were overpriced and disappointing. The food and service at the local restaurants were subpar.
Other than the gentleman that checked us into the hotel, the staff was generally unprofessional. The breakfast area attendant seemed bothered by small requests and did not keep the food well stocked. The dining room was always overcrowded. Our bathroom towels were not switched out after our first night. The nice flat screen TVs had very poor resolution. The wi-fi did not work despite saying that I was connected (4G service in town was good). Other than a good room layout that accommodated our group of seven well, our overall experience there was disappointing.

Right outside the West entrance to Yellowstone

Posted May 19, 2015
It was a nice stay. The pool was out of order the first day.No big deal we were to busy to go swimming anyways. The personnel was very good and helpful. Our room was ok but the mattress wasn't real comfortable. Breakfast was set up very nice and had a decent selection of things to eat.

Everything was amazing! The ease of reserving, check in and check out. The staff was kind. The room was perfect! The only issue was we found a sock that didn't belong to us....

West Yellowstone

Posted Mar 10, 2015
Pros: Heated underground parking was great during the wintertime.
Cons: I don't recall anything being wrong.
Location: Visit Yellowstone National Park.
Stayed several nights exploring the West Yellowstone area. Rented snowmobiles one day and took a tour through Yellowstone.
