Great place...but no TV??Posted Jul 22, 2014
Cons: A TV would be nice and wi-fi.
Location: Yellowstone is 2 miles away. Tetons I believe about 50 miles away...it's an amazing drive.
We stayed in a cabin here. Pros of this resort are: 2 miles from south entrance of Yellowstone, nice rooms and nicely furnished(minus a TV, which I'll address shortly), and a fine restaurant. Cons: No TV nor Wi-FI. This would have been fine, if it was just the wife and I. However, travelling with a 9 year old, and a 3 year old, it really was disappointing as they like to watch an hour of TV a night. No wi-fi in the cabins either. If you stay in the Lodge, there is wi-fi. However, as we ate dinner in the lodge, were informed the wifi was down which kind of sucked as we wanted to check our email. Probably wouldn't have been a big deal if we had arrived earlier and been able to enjoy the outdoors a bit. But we arrived a bit late, then had a late dinner. Not a huge deal, but just be aware there are not TV's, or Wi-Fi in the cabins. Furnishings included knotty pine beds, matching chairs, and a coffee maker and comfortable beds. We slept well with the cool air blowing in the windows which you can open. The restaurant was very good. Service was a bit slow but again, we arrived about 20 minutes before closing time. The cabin has a nice little deck, but the skeeters were so bad we didn't dare sit outside. Other than that, the location is top notch. Made for an easy drive to the Tetons the following morning...

Pros: as above
Location: Loved the NPs
Had grand-daughter with us. Your Facilities made the Yellowstone and Grand Tetons NP a wonderful experience. Good restaurant at Flagg Headquarters with tourist conveniences nearby of good restaurant/gas/ shopping on your premises.

Beautiful areaPosted Jun 5, 2014
Wonderful room. Hotel staff was ok. Cabin was wonderful and relaxing. The lodge area was well put together. No continental breakfast so that was a disappointment. Overall would recommend to a friend.

Nice, but could be betterPosted Oct 24, 2013
Pros: Location and room.
Cons: Cleanliness and Wi-Fi.
This is a great location and the lodge we stayed in was very comfortable. However, the fly I killed on day 1 was still on the bathroom floor when we left on day 4, so room cleaning could have been better. Plus it was advertised with free Wi-Fi, but this rarely worked, so I would bare that in mind it you were expecting to be able to use the internet. We had booked all out accommodation with Wi-Fi so we could keep in touch with our children, so this was a bit disappointing. The restaurant was good as was the breakfasts, so if they sorted out the cleaning and Wi-Fi I would rate this as excellent.

It was a very nice "destination" hotel. However, we were one night guests and found it only through an internet search. That is not a criticism: just an observation about how we ended up there. We do have a criticism, though: we arrived in the dark on a raining night and could not find the lodge. We came to an intersection that clearly had a camp ground one direction and a vague sign for the other. It would have helped if it had said "registration" that way. Thanks for listening
