Friendliest hotel staff in Montana!Posted Dec 7, 2013
It was a really great value to stay in a very beautiful area, and the staff genuinely seemed to care about making our stay enjoyable, they were very, very kind. It was comfortable cozy room, and we definitely plan to go there again. God spoils us rotten through people like the manager at Super 8! :)

Perfect for YellowstonePosted Mar 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
Clean, convenient and affordable. Great place to stay for Yellowstone
Economical, clean and convenient to Yellowstone NPPosted Feb 27, 2013 on Hotels.com
We needed an economical hotel option outside Yellowstone NP, but where we could get into the park early to catch our 7:30 am snowcoach without a long drive. This location was perfect. Staff was courteous and helpful, the room was fine (for a short overnight stay), and the location was perfect. We got to from Gardiner to the Mammoth Hotel in YNP in just 15 minutes.

Not Much for the money.Posted Jun 28, 2012
Cons: Breakfast area was very small and crowded. In the week of our vacation this is the only Place with a dirty bed spread.
Very expensive for the level of service and facilities. I understand location is Everything but after I got there I found there were better choices for less money.
Its a Super 8, enough saidPosted Jun 10, 2012 on Hotels.com
Pretty standard Super 8, no better or worse than most others. Building is a standard prefabricated unit so you are probably better off up stairs.

Great place to stayPosted Jun 2, 2012 on Hotels.com
Room was large and spacious. The beds were comfortable. Location good with supermarket across the road, bars and restaurants down the road. Great stopover before entering the Park the next day

One of my favorite places to stayPosted May 20, 2012
Pros: Convenient to the Park.
Cons: Room rates are very pricey during the summer.
I've stayed at this hotel several times and usually enjoy my stay. My first night I was woken up at 5:30 am by a barking dog. I thought it was outside my room but he was actually in the room next door. 40 minutes later, the dog starated barking again and I could hear him scratching the door. I immediately went to the front desk and the employee called the room. Long story short, the dog's owner was properly charged for leaving their dog unattended in the room. Also, the first night, I thought I had a herd of elephants staying in the room above me and I could hear conversations coming from the room next to me. Since I was staying 4 nights, I asked the next morning if there was a quieter room available. The front desk guy switched me to a 3rd floor room and the rest of my stay was heavenly. My advice would be to try and stay at this hotel during the off season, as they increase their rates dramatically for the summer, but so does nearly every other hotel near the Park. The complimentary breakfast is okay...muffins, toast, juice, coffee, cereal, bagels, oatmeal and fresh fruit, like apples. The staff is great, very helpful, and the rooms are in good condition with comfortable beds. The hotel is also right across the street from the post office and the only grocery store in town.
