Yemassee hotels in Beaufort, South Carolina

Recommended: My family stayed overnight here and we were pleased with the location and accommodations of the hotel. The hotel does not appear on Google maps Street View so I would assume the construction of the hotel happened within the past year or two. It did have the look of a new building. The room was presented well and bathroom was acceptable in cleanliness. Even thought it may seem like a remote area, it actually has a few thing near by like a corner gas station, McDonalds, Wendy's, Denny's all with walking distance. There is a hot breakfast included - great for a family, saves extra $$. Overall, it was a good stay if you are in the area. Hope this helps. See all reviews for this hotel

Recommended: You can tell this facility has been taken over from another motel chain. Rooms were clean enough, service was real good. Managers and staff were likeable and worked to make stay comfortable. Price was reasonable for the length of time spent on this trip. See all reviews for this hotel

Not recommended: This was an awful experience. The hotel clerk was very unprofessional. She was not nice or courteous. She did not want to give us any extra towels. As if she was forced to do so. She knew that we had extra people in the rooms when the rooms were booked. The water in the rooms was brown. The tub and sink was stopped up. We had to turn off the water so it would not overflow. The room and sheets had to be sprayed with Lysol because there was a terrible odor it each room. We asked for wake up calls and did not get a call. Therefore, we were all late for the even we came to Parris Island for. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a nasty, terrible place and I will never book a room there ever again.
