Staffs are friendly and helpful. Olympic sized pool perfect for early morning swim. Room very spacious but a bit dated.

Stay at OCC
It was comfortable. Room big and great view of golf course and the reservoir lake. Could see the beautiful sunrise every morning from the room. Location is very convenient with free parking for 2 cars, and shuttle to mrt. There's eateries at the club and very useful to have the big supermarket. Easy to walk out to explore too. Only wish there were parking areas with the parking Scan Code in the club area itself instead of having to walk out to the HDB estates racks so it would be more convenient to just get the anywheel or hello bikes and cycle out and in to anywhere nearby.

Simply awesome!
Awesome stay! Have enjoyed the stay here as always. Couldn't go bowling as weekends have been prebooked for other events. It would have been nice if few lanes were open for public. Greatly appreciate the frequent shuttle bus to northpoint! Thumbs up!

Ok stay
The room is huge but very dated. Upon entering there is a smell, most likely due to smoking in the room by previous guests. In fact my neighbour was smoking next door and I could smell it when I opened the balcony doors. I wouldn’t say it’s not clean but I can’t say that it is either; the carpets were stained, curtains weren’t in the best conditions, sheets look really worn out and I could go on.. The only reason you’d stay here is to get away from the bustle of the city (it’s really quiet if your neighbours aren’t noisy) or if you’re there for the golf. The hotel is liveable.

Pros - big room - great view of the greenery Cons - dirty bedsheet (found stains) - mosquitoes in the room - unable to adjust aircon (freezing at night) - limited food options (peach garden restaurant closed down, banheng under renovation) - very boring; nothing to do in the country club besides swimming and bowling (lounge with billiard was booked for private event, no info about KTV room, mahjong rooms and cafe/reading room are very dated, jackpot room only for OCC members.

Disappointing for the price paid. Very old hotel( appeared and felt more like chalet) Would have chosen a hotel in town if not for a dinner function at the restaurant nearby.

This is nice accommodation in a very nice setting. The rooms are a little tired but large and adequately appointed. They a free bus service running to the nearby MRT and large shopping centre, which was very handy.

Nice & spacious room but quite far to city centre. The aircond is centralized. Stayed in this hotel due to having a wedding reception at their Peach Garden Restaurant and is near to the newly wed couple Yishun place. Is suitable for Golfer.

It is wonderful hotel with an amazing view of the golf course! The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable! The check in time was advertised as 2pm but since we arrived on am early flight and got there by 9 am,the staff worked hard and got us into a room as soon as one got available. I really appreciate their service.

Very spacious room and bathroom, but not enough lounging chairs and light is too dim especially the vanity light. Too many insects and creepy crawlers due to the environment and weather. Room smells musty and Someone previously smoked in there. Definitely need to renovate and add decors. Big pools and free shuttle to nearby train stations where there is many many great food.

The hotel is a country club, so golf enthusiasts frequent it. Some of them start really early, so you can sometimes hear their noise. Maintenance personnel mowing the green can also be heard. We were unfortunate to be roomed near one of the restaurants, so you can hear the merrymaking of the party that booked the restaurant until 10pm that night. The club also has a mini grocery, Fair Price, that sells any possible emergency item you might've forgotten. Staff are very friendly and polite according to Asian customs and culture.

If this is 4*, they need a porter to help with luggage. They play loud music by the swimming pool outside the royal palm. The cycle hire is none existant as the cycles are not fit for purpose. Whole place need maintanance.

A Pleasant Family Stay
It was a very pleasant stay, there were ample of activities for the family inside the club, we also received a complimentary room upgrade. The only thing to note is the $15++ per hour charge for late check out, unlike other country club which we stayed in that gave complimentary late check out.

Attended a wedding ceremony on the 6th @ Peach Garden. Overall very pleased with OCC - very spacious - staff are friendly and housekeeping very discret. Convenient with the shuttle bus service. Beautiful garden surrounding. NTUC downstairs to buy convenient goods, cateria in the bowling serves tasty food at reasonable price. Definitely value for money ! Will be back again! Admin was effecient to handle refund within an hour!!!! Superb! Thank you very much for a great experience wtih OCC! Con : Need maintenance in the room, a little run down :( Flies outside the balcony in the night - not pleasant to sit outdoor. These are small problems, but would be great if something could be done.

Lovely place. Lots to do and lots of facilities
Enjoyed our stay here. Facilities great only let down was food choice at breakfast the buffet was probs the worst choice of food for 17 sgd. not worth it all. They could make more effort to make eating at breakfast a bit more civilised with table mats etc. Felt it was too much bother for some of the staff there. Room service good but plastic cutlery. Come on !!! That's just insulting. It spoilt an otherwise lovely stay.

Who's down with OCC
Near the zoo and other wildlife parks. Shuttle runs to local metro/ mall every 15 minutes till midnight. Nice supermarket on site. Pleaseant staff. Could be a bit noisy outside the front door. Nothing outside the property within walking distance. Good stay and recommend to anyone considering staying

Best Hotel away from bustling city.
Very peaceful, away from the bustling city areas. Good for those travellers who prefers privacy and quiet surrounding. Can do some bowling as well. Swimming pool is around the corner. Affordable supermarket is available. Shuttle bus to the nearest train station and shopping mall. Next to a golf course.
