The location was very convenient, It's very close 5 minutes driving to the Port,15 minutes to airport. Walking distance to subway, restaurants, and to the beautiful China town. The front desk staffs were very helpful, friendly, polite. The room was very small. My friends' rooms were 2 and half size bigger than our room with the same price we paid for. The room was kind of dusty not too clean Dining breakfast menu were not worth for the price we paid. Overall it's a nice hotel.

Tge roo m was small but quite adequate, small mart in the building poviding limited options for food. Less than 100 metres to Chinatown and all its food options. No english tv.

Pros: very clean, friendly and helpful staff, accessible, good location. Cons: neighborhood is bustling so this may not be the best choice if you're looking for a relaxing getaway. Would happily stay here again!

Check in was a nightmare. First, it took a while to find my reservation makes me embarrassed at the front desk. Secondly, I left my passport at my mother’s house and they won’t let me check in with my home address. I had to pull my mother’s address where I never lived at. They demanded to fill in the form for the second person’s info which I didn’t have (probably because of the default way I booked through Expedia). They asked for it again at check out. They have a parking in the building which was full and nobody was there. So I had to park illegally in front of the hotel and go up to the second floor where their front desk is, and ask for the additional parking location which I was told they will assist me for when I called a head. So frustrating and disappointing experience.

The mattresses were very hard and bed low to the ground. There was only 1 chair to sit in for 2 people plus a low hassock. The room was very warm and air conditioning did not work. The hard mattress and warm room made sleeping difficult for us. The room was small but that was expected. Breakfast options at buffet were limited but the food was ok. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The room is clean, have smoking rooms, vending machine and microwave. Even though the room was smoking room, it didnt smell like it, the ventilation is good. Staff was helpful and explained everything, specially the parking. Room was card key, and was easy to use.

Room size is okay but clean. Good location nearby the cruise terminal. A lot of restaurants and shops around. Close to the subway. The breakfast is very good. The only things missing is the English Channel.

Rugby World Cup trip.
Great position for getting around Yokohama. Comfortable hotel. Very clean and quiet. Rooms quite compact but fine if you’re sightseeing all day.

Very stylish and clean, 2 Lawsons and a FamilyMart located nearby. Great and affordable location for the Osanbashi and train station. We had no problem communicating with the friendly staff in English. Lovely, would stay again

Glad our booking was only for a couple of nights as the rooms was compact. Location was ok - superb if you were a baseball fan! There was plenty of choice at Breakfast, but the choices might not suit everyone tastes
