Good price for a hotel in the heart of Yokohama. Quieter and more friendly than Tokyo, with a lot of great nearby sights to see. Staff were friendly and a generous breakfast buffet was included.

Check in was kind of a disaster. They don’t check anyone in until 3pm so while guests are arriving a little early waiting around the lobby gets really congested so when 3pm comes around the line is really long. To make things even longer, they had two people at the desk checking guests in and then three machines to self check in and two employees helping guests use these machines which things probably would have been faster if all of their agents were at the desk checking people in…just my opinion. Other than that the hotel is nice, my room was really clean, small but clean. Check out process was with machines they rolled out and it took but thirsty seconds. I would stay here again.

This is my favorite area of the Tokyo -Yokohama metro and I always stay in this hotel. Clean and a comfortable bed.

I’ve stayed in this hotel multiple times before but this time the room was filthy. I suffer from house dust allergy and when i looked under the bed there were dust piled up. I was too tired to ask for a room change. I had to move the bed a little bit so the house keeping could clean it the next day. I booked a room with 2 beds this time and it felt smaller than 1 person in 1 bedroom. There were mold in the bathroom. The handle for shower head was corroded. Overall it felt filthy.

Pros: Close to transport, easy to get around Yokohama. Cons: Really small room, which is fine because it's Japan bit it was ridiculous they insisted on adding a table with one armed chairs at the end of the bed. Take that away and the room would be much more usable and have a space to put luggage. The room was also pretty old and I found a sticky stain on the wall (possibly spilled coffee or coke?)

1 min from Skauragi cho station, great view from hotel. Great choice of food in the same building. Excellent help from Ms Hashimoto re transportation assistance to my next destination in Shizuoka, which was a tricky journey for any travellers. Much appreciated the staff service overall.

It was 23C outside so room was very warm. They provided a fan, but that did not help. Otherwise stay was a typical Japanese business hotel. Only a few minutes from Sakuragicho station and Minato Mirai.

Great location in Yokohama
Hotel is in a great location close to everything,JR Station and the Tourist information are just across from the hotel.Buy the transit pass and you can travel throughout the city.

Perfect place for quick trips.
This place is Amazing for the price I paid. It had a nice view, great customer service. If you’re looking for a larger room, this might not work out for you. If you are just looking for a place to rest good enough.
