Nice hotel and close to the train stationPosted Jun 28, 2014
Pros: The hotel staff was very kind and room is not new but very clean. Also I got very good price because I reserved 6 month prior to our stay.
Cons: I cannot think any
Location: we visit to the ramen museum and lots new stores were built near the train station and connected the stores in hotel
I had been using this hotel for my annual "Japan trip" when we were stayed in Yokohama which 6 or 7 times over 11 years. My travel agent did recommended me first time and we all liked this hotel. The surrounding the shi-yokohama station is really expended and more new stores came every year. Also from the Narita airport, the limousine bus bring us to the front of hotel if arrival time to Narita is the schedule of departure on the limousine bus to the shin-yokohama prince hotel. which it is very convenience.

Hotel very close to Shin Yokohama Train StationPosted Jun 22, 2014
Pros: Good location and views. Also many shops and places to eat connecting or very near. Great Supermarket downstairs.
Location: Bullet train to anywhere in the country. Departs about every 10 mins.
Great hotel with outstanding views. Rooms are very small, so needed two rooms for my family of 4. But, the prices were good enough to do that. Do your research before you book near Shin Yokohama Train Station. The bullet trains arrive and depart from here, but you have to travel about 5 stops to the Yokohama Train Station to get trains to the airport and other destinations.

Convenient locationPosted May 20, 2014
Pros: It is very near the train station and also many shops and restaurants. We had a room on the 30th floor and had a great view of the city and Mt. Fuji.
Cons: They have a hot pot for tea but would be nice to have coffee option. Very little closet and drawer space. Not much of a counter in the bathroom.
Location: We took the train to the harbor area and the red brick buildings.
Check in at the Prince was very easy. We had stayed there before so we were aware of the small room. Everything was neat and clean. Happily surprised to find that they now have wifi with no charge. We stayed for 11 nights and everyday the room was freshly cleaned. Staff was very helpful when we're weren't sue how to regulate the AC.

Nice staff, close to restaurants, easy connections to Tokyo, Yokohama, Hanoke and trains. Ideal if you have a JR pass.

The Shin Yokohama Price located right next to subway and bullet train stations. It is super convenient. The room is small but clean and has everything equipped.

Good location, comfortable roomPosted Apr 22, 2014
Pros: I liked the location of the hotel and was pleased with my room.
Cons: I wish there had been better breakfast options in the hotel. I did appreciate having a small refrigerator in which I could store food for breakfast.
Location: The hotel is near Shin-Yokohama station, and close to shopping opportunities.
This location was perfect for me. I was in Japan to visit my son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter in Kikuna. The proximity of the hotel to the Shin-Yokohama station made it very easy, both to get to my family and to travel to other locations I wanted to visit. Also, I was very pleased with my single room. It was very clean, comfortable and larger than I expected. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. I also enjoyed shopping in the attached Prince Pepe mall.

Decent hotelPosted Apr 20, 2014 on Hotels.com
Not bad at all. The hallways are a bit on the dirty side with stains on walls, but the room was nice and I enjoyed it.

Clean but small roomsPosted Apr 14, 2014
This hotel was perfect for a few nights. It was clean and contemporary. The only negative was there was not much room for luggage in the room.
