Pleasant stay!Posted May 5, 2015
Location: You have access to restaurants and stores in a one mile radius. You have a hospital close by and also a museum.
Room was ready and clean. Had to call for towels. It took housekeeping less than 5 minutes to bring additional towels. We have stayed at this hotel a few times. This was by far one of the better stays.

Hotel with GREAT WORKERS!Posted Apr 13, 2015
Pros: Workers ,breakfast and bar area were great.
Cons: Room shower pressure.
Location: Easy to get to hotel. Went to Yonkers Raceway Casino. Used metro-north train. Went to Applebee's.
First timer at this hotel! Went to Yankee game Friday night and stayed until Sunday. Arrived early on Friday afternoon and was treated great. We were able to get our room within a few minutes. Front desk personal were friendly & helpful. We used hotel shuttle to train station. After game we were able to call back to hotel and get return shuttle. Shuttle driver was very pleasant. Breakfast both mornings was AWESOME! Enjoyed the bar area as well. Overall our experience was very good. If there was one issue I would recommend to the hotel to work on changing would be the water pressure in the rooms shower. In all my years of traveling, it was the worst> Please don't let that one issue have any bearing on staying at this great hotel.

Close to perfect.Posted Apr 8, 2015
I loved the hotel and the room was great. I even like the fact that they had a shuttle. It can drive you anywhere within a 5 mile radius. My only problem with it was, when we called to schedule a pick up and we arrived at our stop. The shuttle was not there. Luckily a driver from a near by hotel took pitty on us and drove us back to the hotel. When we arrived I told the girl no one had been waiting there. She had no idea what I was talking about. Yet we recived a call to our room 2 hours later telling us our pick up was ready to drive us to the station.,, Then the next day we came down a little after 1 looking to go to the train station. The person behind the desk was rude and then there wasn't a shuttle available until after 6pm.. Our day was shot.... You would be a perfect hotel, all you need to do is teach your receptionist some manners and tell them not to give people attitude. Although I will say everyone else that worked there were friendly and helpfull. I went on business and have to travel to New York 4 times a year. Will I stay there again??? I may give it a second shot..

The room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. I work right across the street and was going to a concert in the city. It was very convenient to change after work, head down to MSG, and return to the hotel. The next morning I loved the 2 minute commute as my commute to work is normally 70 minutes. Breakfast in the morning was great as well.

Beautiful hotelPosted Mar 8, 2015
Overall the staff was friendly. The only person that was loud and rude was the food attendant. She slammed the cover to the Danishes as I was putting it back and told me how to properly use the tray. She also slammed the table she was cleaning against mine. They had the music blasting in the kitchen. All the front desk associates were awesome. No one greeted us when we first arrived but when we left the manager came over and wrapped my baby. They were super friendly. The room was spotless. I was very surprised at how clean it was. The bed was comfortable but the pillows needed to be replaced. They felt really flimsy and flat. The food was above average and didn't get too crowded during breakfast.

It was nice except for the fact that the pool was closed when I went. The room was kind of expensive and I could have gotten a cheaper room at a different hotel, but I didn't because they had a pool. So you can imagine how upset I was went I arrived at the hotel and the pool wasn't open. Ironically, the pool opened at 12pm on the day of check-out. I felt like I should have been partly reimbursed for that.
