Perfect location

The location was perfect. Right on the main road in and out of town. Only one hours from the south gate enterence to Yosemite National Park. Even thought it was in the main highway it was quite and comfortable. The staff was so nice and curtious.

Convenient and good value for Yosemite

Posted Apr 28, 2015
Pros: It felt very spacious and there is plenty of common area seating. The basics were right, e.g. white cotton sheets and towels.
Cons: It needs an update to make it plainer, cleaner, more modern.
Location: Based in Oakhurst town, it's near to Yosemite, Sequoia and King's. It's also near Jamestown. Great diner up the road called Pop's Diner.
Good value. Our room was spacious and the shower worked well. There was however a slight smell of cigarettes in the bathroom when we arrived.

Relaxing stay

Posted Apr 27, 2015
We stopped here after a stay in Yosemite itself. The hotel is easy to find with ample parking.the reception staff were very friendly. We had a family room with two large beds, tv, microwave, fridge etc. The view was great, looking out offer the hills. A welcome faculty was the laundry room which was well used. Overall, a good place for a stop over with a young one before carrying on with our road trip.

Yosemite

Room was a pleasant surprise considering the cost. It was large, good bed, sofa, and all other amenities. Staff was nice enough. The only "bad" thing I could say is...the carpet needs replacing.

An ok place

Posted Apr 18, 2015
Room is ok. Only thing is that it gets crowded during breakfast time. Recomend that you go there when It opens at 6:30 or else you will wait and the breakfast room where you eat gets crowded.no place to sit you will end up going to your room and eat. Other than that staff are friendly.

Nice hotel not far from Yosemite Park entrance

Posted Apr 12, 2015
The hotel staff was wonderful and made us feel welcome and that they cared. Our room was spacious, clean and confortable. The only issue we had during our stay was with the water temperature of the jacuzzi, which was cool/lukewarm the entire time. It would had been nice to enjoy a properly heated jacuzzi at the end of a day hiking at the park.

Good location, mediocre quality

Posted Apr 9, 2015
There were some repairs or notable things regarding the room: torn/ripped sheets, non-fitted sheets in bed, hair on pillowcase and in sheets, drapes/curtains that were stuck and therefore nonfunctional, noisy aircon and hearing units (not just inside noise while running, by also the sounds other other units from outside, turning on and off throughout the night), slamming room doors caused walls (and consequently headboards) to vibrate at all hours, noisy/thudding ice machine was disturbing, sink water took much running to get warm (disturbing when trying to be conscientious of water consumption during drought times)
