The web site is deceptive. It does not have a breakfast area or the options for the breakfast shown. It only as a "to go" option of a bag with orange juice, fiber bar and a packaged small bun.

My favorite part if my stay was Mr. Patel. So friendly and helpful. Room was large and comfortable. I enjoyed how quiet it was during my stay. Many dining and shopping options close by. Breakfast was lacking but with the many dining options I wasn’t too worried

The carpet was not vacuumed it had a lot of food crumbs the heater didn’t work properly when the room warmed up you have to turn it off it did not adjust to temperature the hotel needs updated badly

Clean, every thing was working and functional, older property but well maintained and was very comfortable, slept well, will return back, manager and staff were very friendly and felt like we knew each other for a long, keep up great coustomer service

Pretty good stay only problem is it's kind of confusing you have an outdoor from your room but I couldn't access it so I had to go inside down to the hall and use the interior door

Definitely an older - no frills hotel. The room was clean and check-in and check-out were simple. Was easy to get to downtown Warren for the concert we were attending.

Ok. Over all, not a bad place. We found pills on the floor which I can see why the cleaning crew could of missed. Not there fault. Had a non smoking room but could tell it used to be a smoking room cause of the burns everywhere. Bed was comfy though. The parking lot entrance and exit sucks though. It really does. When we entered the building all you could smell is weed which is bad if your traveling with your kids. Would I stay again? Probably not. Would I recommend it to people? Probably not.

I had a single queen room that looked like it hasn’t been updated since 1976. It smelled musty and moldy. The AC was old and there was condensation on the ceiling. Cobwebs that had a fly caught in it( i took a video and several pics) hair found on the toilet seat once I raised the seat cover. Rusty razor blade looking item on the bathroom counter and big patches on the bathroom ceiling. Literally stayed about 90 minutes and had to leave. The front desk woman was very pleasant at check in but all else was sh$&.

Dear Ms Jacobs, sorry to hear about what you said happened to during your stay,you spent 2 days with us and called the office that you were only going to stay 1 day, when we called you the next day you told us that you were not checking out because you were here for 2 days and when you checked out you came to the office and handed us your keys and never mentioned about any incident you had and took all your belongings and walked down the road since you had no vehicle ,we wish you had brought this to our attention right away and we sincerely apologize for what you said happened
