“when ever in the area we would not hesitate to go back”

I was please with the hot meal in the morning. The staff was very kind & helpful. But I was sad that the pool was closed.

The desk person was extremely stressed when we arrived and it showed. One of the rooms reeked of smoke. I would not have stayed if I had that room. Fortunately my sister and brother-in-law didn't mind the room. I had requested non smoking rooms.

“Amenities were what we were looking for and location was great.”

We were disappointed that the pool and spa were not working. That was part of our reason for choosing this hotel. The room was clean and had features that we wanted (eg: wifi, refrigerator, microwave, cable TV). The breakfast was well set up and most of it was good. The eggs were crumbly and not very tasty.

I stay at this hotel a few times a year. My room on this trip was the same as the others: clean, no problems with anything mechanical, the fridge worked as did the microwave. My one wish would they carry some mustard pkts for my sausage sandwich off the breakfast bar in the morning. There's a decent steakhouse in front of the property as well as a gas station. The neighborhood has taken a hit since the economic downturn but I've never had any problems.

I'm a business traveler and stay here a few times a year and have never had a problem. The rooms have always been clean and are pretty big and a frig and microwave. I have no complaints and will stay here again. Only suggestion would be to have some mustard pkts available for my sausage sandwich in the morning.

“A Convenient Location and a Comfortable stay - I'l be baackkk!”

The staff was friendly, and the place was clean and quiet! I didn't expect it to be as nice as it was, or as enjoyable a stay as it was! I will be staying there again - It's close to the freeway and there are plenty of places to eat, get gas and etc. nearby, and basically a convenient stop for my wife and I. Oh - We absolutely loved the pool and spa - Well maintained and enjoyable! My only complaint would have been the lack of ice/snow near the entrance door (Hey - It's winter!) which can be hazardous and should have been cleared!

“Thin walls here”

When I arranged with Expedia to book a hotel close to event I was told this hotel was only 15 minutes away. It was more like 30 minutes away and such a pain to commute that I stayed somewhere else the first night. When I checked in a day late the lady was friendly enough at the counter but I had to lug my luggage up a flight of stairs (no elevator) and the walls were so then that as I walked to my room I heard everything and I mean EVERYTHING going on in rooms around me. The neighborhood appeared to be bad so I was frightened to leave my room. Not a great experience! I will not return nor will I consider booking with Expedia again!
